Eating in this place is like being at home. The restaurant is family run. Very simple, good quality food is very good: particular praise for the french fries which are not frozen; My compliment perhaps seems trivial but the difference makes the difference. The prices are excellent. Congratulations 👏💯

The environment doesn't matter. It's a little dated. Look at the quality of the food. Homemade dishes. About the kindness and speed of the waitresses. All this is top marks.👍🔝💯

Gallo is the last survivor of a long lost tradition of classic trattorias. He has not succumbed to the gentrification of many of his former peers in the area. It is the right place to savor the foods and feelings that postmodernity wants to eliminate, eroding identities and wallets. It is the Stalingrad of traditional catering. Highly recommended.
