05/01/2025: We went to this place during the holidays, attracted by the possibility of tasting gnocco and tigelle. The fried dumpling was delicious, light and crunchy. Unfortunately, the tigelle turned out to be a disappointment: they were burnt and too hard in texture, partially compromising the overall experience. The cured meats and cheeses, although of good quality, were present in limited quantities and not sufficient to adequately accompany the tigelle and gnocco. Furthermore, the dip was a little poor and the spring onion did not have the typical sweetness, but was spicy like a ripe onion. The service was courteous, but the quality-price ratio seemed slightly unbalanced. We believe that with a few more precautions, this place can offer an even better experience. We suggest paying more attention to the cooking of the tigelle and slightly increasing the portions of the side dishes.
