Nothing to complain about the quality of the food, the carbonara was excellent like the first time which we all chose without fail. Unfortunately, the welcome upon our arrival was a bit embarrassing because although we were right on time compared to our reservation on The Fork, the manager initially sent us to return half an hour later because they were still closed. To get us seated I had to explain why we had booked when it opened (need to eat quickly for medical checks immediately after lunch) which was absolutely not due, as it was certainly not our fault. I therefore strongly urge you to change the opening times to avoid inconvenience to the customer. Except for this cold start (in stark contrast to the warm welcome I remembered from the first visit two years ago) the lunch then went very well thanks to the absolutely kind and welcoming waitress.

Very good restaurant offered by our hotel Donna Camilla Savelli. My mother ate the best spaghetti carbona of her life!!! And the tiramisu is very good!

We had a lunch here. We had two pasta dishes. Cacio e pepe were amazing - al dente and just rightly spicy and creamy. Rigatoni coda alla vaccinara were also good. Definitely, can recommend this place for good food and attentive service.

Trattoria in Trastevere away from tourism only for the Romans, welcoming environment, the owner Fabrizio is very kind, the food is excellent, the carbonara is super, highly recommended

I confirm the positive reviews I read and which encouraged me to go to this restaurant.
The first very positive aspect is that it is located in the beautiful Trastevere but is a little out of the way, so it allows you to dine away from the evening chaos of the alleys, which I visited on the occasion before and after dinner.
The friendliness and speed of the staff and the owner Fabrizio can only make you have an excellent evening, enjoying the dishes of good, typical Roman cuisine.

Sor Fabrizio is the soul of the place, he knows how to advise you and always has a joke ready! True Roman restaurant with multiple specialties, I recommend carbonara and amatriciana made as per tradition... you can't leave without tasting their tiramisu, simply divine. Prices normal
