The food and service are excellent. The dining room is a bit dated but there are signs of modernization. For now I won't give the atmosphere 5 stars but I think I'll add the missing star in the future.

We stumbled upon it by chance, and I must say it was a complete surprise. From the quality of the ingredients to the service, from appetizers to dessert, it was a crescendo of flavors and culinary discoveries, revisited in a modern way but with original ingredients and recipes.
The wine selection is extensive, and the prices are reasonable, as is the food menu.
I highly recommend it.

Nestled in the hills of Ozzano, a restaurant where tradition and sophistication meet in perfect balance.
We tried the green pumpkin tortelloni with crispy pancetta, balsamic vinegar, and shaved sweet pecorino cheese, a surprising dish for its harmony and intensity, and the ricotta and pumpkin tortelloni baked au gratin, creamy and delicate, with that golden crust that immediately captivates.
The Bolognese cutlet with baked potatoes, in our opinion, was the best we had during our stay in Bologna and the surrounding area.
At Ezio, you can sense a passion for Emilian cuisine, reinterpreted with balance and flavor.
Attentive service, carefully prepared and well-described dishes, and excellent ingredients: a restaurant worthy of 5 stars.
Highly recommended for those who love authentic and refined cuisine. We can't wait to return!
