15/09/2024: It goes without saying how biased I am in commenting on this pastry shop that I adore and which in recent years I have considered my first choice in Novara. Sweets Croissants and pastries are at the top. Friendly and smiling staff (not a given). Excellent and average prices. This morning there was a wonderful cream and fruit shortcrust pastry! Today's new discovery are these baskets of dried fruit crisps garnished with Chantilly cream🤤... Devastating! I always have a new excuse to go and get something from them. Do we want to talk about the fact that they also have a section dedicated to celiac disease? I really have no negative aspects to report... Or perhaps the only flaw is that there is no cafeteria service on site, but there's no point having distractions in something that could be discreet when the level of what is on offer is at truly high levels! Very good and highly recommended.
