The service is good, the calm atmosphere on the terrace is pleasant, but the food doesn't really live up to French culinary expectations. The enormous slice of tuna is served practically raw, without sauce or any side dish, and the pistachio crust is unfortunately reminiscent of our breaded fish: no more flavor. Perhaps our choices weren't the right ones, or our French tastes were simply different. It's a shame because it's expensive for Italy.

Many can offer restaurants, but the hospitality, attentive service, and dishes expertly prepared with respect for the raw ingredients are not for everyone. At Ercole, all these parameters are superb. The quality/price ratio is fair, and the wine list is excellent with fair markups. We'll return again and again, as the menu varies with the availability of fresh, seasonal fish.

"At Ercole in Crotone, I realized one thing: the raw materials here are treated better than certain VIPs! Excellent dishes, flavors that make your taste buds applaud, and very fresh bubbles that seem to celebrate in the glass. I came in for dinner and left with a smile and a few extra pounds of happiness. Kudos to all the staff: the only hard thing here is to stop ordering!" 🍾😄

The price is worth the experience of fresh products and the refinement of a cuisine of a certain caliber. Ercole is truly a very polite person who puts you at ease, worth trying again.

I was a guest for a First Communion lunch. Everything was perfect, from the menu to the service. I certainly wasn't the one who discovered the restaurant's exceptional quality.

We arrived at this lovely restaurant half an hour before closing time, and they kindly seated us anyway. The provolone with red fruit jam and the sardella brought as a welcome treat were very welcome. We tried two first courses, both very good, but my favorite was the spaghetti aglio e olio with raw red shrimp—spectacular. Tradition and innovation were a sublime blend. The millefeuille was delicate, with a crumbly and fragrant wafer. The price was fair. Well done.

A bit overrated, but still pleasant.
Nicely set tables, but the conservatory was too cold, and the rock and pop music was far too loud and of very poor quality. A screaming toddler was a constant nuisance for two hours.
The waiter was somewhat inattentive and smelled of cigarettes. I had to ask for salt three times before he brought it. No proper receipts for verification; everything was calculated on a calculator. For a restaurant like this, and considering the high prices on HRS, it's simply unacceptable.

A culinary history of excellence from the city of Krotone. Simple, yet expertly crafted with the finest ingredients, featuring the freshest fish and a masterful chronological approach to food and color. A delight for the palate, the eye, the nose, and the palate. I highly recommend it.
