We had a family dinner, one word…spectacular!!! Carbonara pithagorica was lovely, starters (tartare di tonno and amberjack) delicious, loved the lomon cloud desert and the grouper as a main dish superb.

I don't give 5 stars because the hot appetizer was actually "reheated" and the restaurant was unable to give me information on the wine I was interested in, but I assure you that as a raw material, it is one of the raw dishes I liked the most EVER. ..and Ercole, when he talks about fish, definitely knows what he's talking about.

Una cena indimenticabile e persone accoglienti, professionali, insomma un'esperienza a tutto tondo. Su consiglio del nostro host e di alcune persone incontrate abbiamo prenotato e dopo una settimana di vacanza in Calabria lo abbiamo eletto come il miglior ristorante dove abbiamo cenato.

Excellent fish restaurant on the Crotone seafront.
Ate some grilled octopus paired with a very tasty jam.
First of all, excellent linguine with exceptionally fresh sea urchins, excellent pasta cooking with a shoe-made sauce.
Then I ate some tuna with pistachios, excellent in terms of cooking and quality of the tuna.
Met Mr. ERCOLE people are exquisite towards the customers of the restaurant, always asking if everything is okay.
Excellent professional service
Excellent wine cellar drank a very good Ciro rosé.
I believe that this place, also recognized by the Michelin guide, is one of the best in Crotone.
Very fair price for what I ate.
Highly recommended in everything.

Hercules and his labors. Since it was Salt and Pepper, it has never changed. His dishes, from the appetizer to the desserts, made by him, are a pleasure. The price for the quality and quantity is fair. Then it's the king of tuna...
Today, May 17, 2024, we are aging like wine in barrels. Mr. Ercole is not only a great chef and I don't have to say it, but an exquisite, easy-going person who interacts with the diners, so you almost feel at home. Thanks Chef.
