I was a guest for a First Communion lunch. Everything was perfect, from the menu to the service. I certainly wasn't the one who discovered the restaurant's exceptional quality.

We arrived at this lovely restaurant half an hour before closing time, and they kindly seated us anyway. The provolone with red fruit jam and the sardella brought as a welcome treat were very welcome. We tried two first courses, both very good, but my favorite was the spaghetti aglio e olio with raw red shrimp—spectacular. Tradition and innovation were a sublime blend. The millefeuille was delicate, with a crumbly and fragrant wafer. The price was fair. Well done.

A bit overrated, but still pleasant.
Nicely set tables, but the conservatory was too cold, and the rock and pop music was far too loud and of very poor quality. A screaming toddler was a constant nuisance for two hours.
The waiter was somewhat inattentive and smelled of cigarettes. I had to ask for salt three times before he brought it. No proper receipts for verification; everything was calculated on a calculator. For a restaurant like this, and considering the high prices on HRS, it's simply unacceptable.

A culinary history of excellence from the city of Krotone. Simple, yet expertly crafted with the finest ingredients, featuring the freshest fish and a masterful chronological approach to food and color. A delight for the palate, the eye, the nose, and the palate. I highly recommend it.
