It's a shame it was a little out of the city center, so we couldn't go back for lunch and dinner. But when we could, we happily returned.

The cuisine is the true heart of this trattoria, and our experience proved it perfectly: we chose a trio of first courses that alone were worth the trip: carbonara, fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, and amatriciana. Each of these dishes told a different story, but they all shared one common characteristic: an extraordinary attention to quality and balanced flavors. The carbonara was a true triumph of flavor, with the perfectly cooked pasta, the velvety cream, and the fragrant, fragrant guanciale that released that irresistible aroma typical of expertly prepared dishes. The porcini mushroom fettuccine won us over with its delicate yet full-bodied flavor, a seemingly simple dish that demands excellent ingredients and an expert hand to bring out the best in it. Meanwhile, the amatriciana was intense and enveloping, with a perfect balance of tomato, pecorino, and guanciale, a dish that captures the essence of Roman tradition. Equally important was the atmosphere that accompanied us throughout the dinner, with impeccable service, attentive and professional, yet always with that touch of warmth that makes guests feel at ease. The owner, Enrico, stands out for his warmth and helpfulness, characteristics that are reflected in the way he welcomes guests and contributes to making the experience not only gastronomic but also human. It's rare to find a management team so attentive to detail, capable of making every guest feel part of a large family, and this adds a special value to the entire experience. The setting is surprising for its ability to combine two souls: the traditional, linked to the history of the trattoria and Roman cuisine, and the modern, expressed in the furnishings and overall atmosphere, making it an ideal place for both a dinner with friends and a more intimate or family moment. I found this restaurant by chance, and I must admit it was a very pleasant surprise.
High-quality fried food, the cod was out of this world.
The tagliata, on the other hand, was among the best I've ever eaten; it melted in my mouth. Everything was truly exceptional.
Very fair prices and super friendly staff. I highly recommend visiting.

Amatriciana pasta was delicious. I mistakenly ordered some fruit desert but even that was good.
Waiters were amazing and the atmosphere is very good. Def recommend.
