Characteristic place, in its simplicity there is the flavor of the trattorias of the past. The service is fast and you don't always find a free table. My rigatoni with pajada was worth 6, not for the flavor but for the lack of "knots". House wine and medium-high prices. A note of excellence goes to the truly excellent homemade gentian.

Very nice restaurant, with welcoming, competent and kind staff, in particular the two girls who served me: Morena and la Viaggiatrice. Never tasted such good amberjack carpaccio. Definitely a place to return to on your next trip to Rome.

very positive experience, a welcoming and familiar environment offers typical and non-local dishes. The food was amazing, especially the fried meatballs and potatoes!
The homemade desserts are indescribable, especially grandma's cake!!! All the love and dedication of the dreamer Emilio shines through as he still goes around the tables to advise and pamper his customers!
In short, a super positive experience, I highly recommend trying Emilio's cuisine to feel at home!

Lots of substance and zero frills,
one of those trattorias without tricks and without deception.
No mastercheff, real Roman cuisine, like at home.
I had some delicious linguine alla pescatora and a portion of grilled cod, just to stay on the fish.
They also always have excellent seasonal fruit, tonight there were persimmons.
I had a slice of gianduia chocolate cake.
What can I say..., excellent dishes, right portions and an honest price. Highly recommended!

Very "vintage" neighborhood trattoria, traditional and familiar, truly like the past, with a large and varied menu of classic and reliable dishes. Quality, care and warmth. You always feel at home, even if since it was "discovered" by Gambero Rosso it has become a little more difficult to find a place. There's also a few decent bottles if you want. Average prices for a good neighborhood.
