I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time, always seeing it full, at lunch and dinner, every time I passed by. I can confirm that its reputation as an excellent Roman trattoria is well deserved. I ate very well, without waiting too long between courses, and I had a great time. The food was excellent and genuine, the portions generous. We ordered fried anchovies, rabbit cacciatore and 2 side dishes. Next time I will try the first courses. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant downstairs from the past (even if I'm not from the neighborhood): friendly and also very knowledgeable managers; simple Roman dishes but with the flavor of experience and love for cooking; the truly vintage environment makes you pleasantly sink into memories of your youth. Very pleasant atmosphere from all points of view. I'll be back.

Characteristic neighborhood restaurant. Time seems to have stopped 40 years ago. Unbeatable quality/price ratio: shared starters, a first course, dessert and house wine, less than €25 each!

An authentic place where you can try real Roman cuisine. Emilio and his wife are amazing and will make you feel at home. Puntarelle, Roman artichokes, coppadito, cod, coratella... all exceptional and prepared with heart. Far from the tourist attractions, but authentic Roman cuisine.

19/05/2025: Faultless. Visited here last week and it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in Italy. The staff are so much fun and very attentive. The drinks were on point and the food was delicious. Best of all, the prices were fantastic. Highly recommended!
