Da Cuore In Follonica

I was in the area for work and, on the recommendation of some locals, I decided to try Da Cuore. I was looking for top-quality meat, and my expectations were fully met. The place is small, so I highly recommend booking in advance, but this was a huge plus for me: the atmosphere is intimate, quiet, and familiar, perfect for enjoying the experience to the fullest. The menu isn't extensive; on the contrary: just a few dishes, but extremely carefully chosen. A careful selection that translates into excellent, uncompromising quality. A limited selection, but all truly top-notch. The real star is, of course, the meat: a true spectacle (as you can see from the photo), both in quality and presentation. An experience absolutely worth trying. Highly recommended, especially for those who love meat prepared properly.
