My partner and I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and they were immediately very kind and welcomed us, allowing us to eat at an unlikely time (3pm). They made us sit in this room with a very classic vintage/retro look which maintains the appearance of a past restaurant characterized by education, hospitality and quality intact over time!! Very clean place with a wonderful view (even in the bathroom!! Open the window and admire!!). We had the appetizer with cold cuts, vegetables and bruschetta, agnolotti stuffed with braised meat with cherry tomatoes and bucatini all'amatriciana. Everything super fresh and of absolute quality! We can't wait to return to taste other pleasant dishes.

Ristorante molto pulito ed accogliente, personale gentile, piatti della tradizione locale ben realizzati: consiglio le pappardelle al cinghiale e la trota al forno, per concludere la torta della nonna squisita.

Abbiamo cenato presso questo locale nel periodo di Halloween.
Pizza da rivedere ed abbiamo ordinato delle fettuccine ai funghi.
Sono arrivati dei tagliolini con pochissimi funghi ,ad un prezzo di circa 12,00 euro .
Locale datato , antico , con ingresso dal lato bar che da sulla strada.

We went for dinner with friends, the appetizers including the supplì were frozen and the mozzarella was still cold and not melted. The first courses are of good quality, really good tonnarelli cheese and pepper. Too bad the quantity wasn't too generous. Too bad about the starters. Friendly staff

Typical Sublacense restaurant located in Via dei Monasteri, a family business open since 1957. It has two large adjacent car parks. The large and well-organized room, equipped with a large window overlooks the beautiful town of Subiaco offering a pleasant panorama. But let's talk about the most important thing: food. It offers a wide choice of homemade dishes, with fresh and local products, generous and well-seasoned portions. If you happen by, you can't help but try the baked suckling pig. The staff is very kind and fast in service. Very clean bathroom. Value for money adequate for the product and not excessive.
The lacole also includes a bar and a tobacconist, if you stop by in the morning the croissants and various homemade desserts are also really good.
I recommend it.
I often return to this place both for the restaurant and the bar, they are always a guarantee!
