I'm sorry Chiarlie to downgrade your ratings but it's the 4th time the badly made pizza arrives cold I ask you to keep it soft because I have serious problems already reported which you have always respected but in the last three months every time I can't send it but I'm not the only one... you know how much I like your pizza and we are regular customers even twice a week but lately it hasn't been the same and since it's not cheap but if the pizzas are like a few months ago they are happy to pay but paying to throw away no... I hope everything goes back to being like before we are not the only ones who complain and tell me that they don't come anymore and this is sad... because you know how much I respect you eh????
