The restaurant was packed, but they were incredibly kind enough to find us a spot. I couldn't resist a first course with fresh porcini mushrooms and a generous grilled pigeon, cooked perfectly. Excellent service, friendly staff, and a bonus feature are the sound-absorbing ceiling panels, which make it pleasant to chat despite the busy place.

This open-air restaurant is right in the historic center. I had a delicious tagliata steak, super tender and flavorful. I highly recommend it. The service was good, with reasonable wait times and friendly, helpful staff. Prices are a bit high.

The veal tagliata was quite hard to chew and I left at least half of it. The tagliatelle alla perugina were decent.
The environment is welcoming, bright and well-kept. I complained at the cashier about the tagliata. Answer, I'm sorry, I can give you a small discount (which I didn't care about, I wanted to eat well).

Ristorante storico in Perugia praticamente attaccato alla Cattedrale.
Buona la cucina, il locale un po’ caotico; il personale molto indaffarato e fa perdere il senso di una tranquilla cena.
La cantina è soprattutto ricca di ottimi vini autoctoni.

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante consigliato da ns conoscente, abbiamo trovato un ambiente molto piacevole, Personale gentile e preparato. credo uno degli chef ci ha accompagnato nella scelta spiegando in dettaglio ingredienti della cucina locale e ci siamo divertiti commentando le differenze con i piatti simili della ns regione. Antipasti della casa ottimi, un primo con sugo di pomodoro e salsiccia da urlo, carciofi fritti eccellenti. Insomma tutto molto bene, anche il conto finale decisamente onesto
