We were visiting Perugia and found ourselves in the square around dinner time. We approached the restaurant and asked if they had room for three. The owner, a bit blunt but still kind, told us that all the tables were booked, but some reservations were after 9:30 PM. So, if we agreed to leave by 9:30/9:45 PM, he'd find us a place. It wasn't even 8:00 PM yet, so we accepted without hesitation and sat down at a nice table next to the French doors overlooking the square. We ordered three appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and three desserts. Everything was quite good, the battered artichokes were truly remarkable. Once we'd finished the first course, we ordered a second course. In the end, everything went well, and we even had time for coffee and an amaro. The waiter was really kind, but the person at the cash register had a bit of a rude attitude. That's all, if we ever pass through Perugia again, we'll go there again.

We visited this restaurant during Eurochocolate week. The place is comfortable and well-kept. The menu is varied, with excellent food quality. My only criticism, if I may, is that the owner should welcome customers with a smile. Customers should feel welcome. That said, I recommend it.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and a bonus feature are the sound-absorbing ceiling panels, which make it pleasant to chat despite the busy place.
