A restaurant that never disappoints! We return often, and every time is a confirmation: excellent food, impeccable service, and a perfect atmosphere. A huge credit to the wait staff and the maitre d', who, in addition to their professionalism, always gave us a smile.

We visited Cesare, the restaurant at Caesar's Hotel. We enjoyed excellent dishes in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Of particular note were the excellent fried small fish and the ravioli filled with grouper, caught fish with porcini mushrooms and red shrimp. Everything was carefully crafted, from the artisanal bread to the welcome sauces. To top it all off, a delicious apple, raisin, and cinnamon cake. Highly recommended!

We've been customers at the restaurant for several years, and it's always a pleasure to spend an evening at Cesare. The atmosphere is refined, the service excellent, and the prices reasonable.

Aye here twice in one week. Food was excellent and good value Service is friendly and attentive. We tried salmon carpaccio, beef tartare, swordfish carpaccio, Fregula with seafood, beef filet, pasta with octopus, horse filet. Desserts - apple crumb pie was delicious, also lovely homemade ice creams.
