I'd say everything was perfect: a wide choice of dishes, the ones we chose were excellent, the atmosphere comfortable and relaxing, the staff very kind and friendly, and the price was right.

Impeccable service, well-trained and professional staff (no small feat), excellent quality of the dishes offered and those I sampled, and a very extensive wine list with a wide variety of labels. Prices are in line with the quality of the food. I will definitely be back.

Located at the entrance to Caesar's Hotel, the restaurant offers an elegant and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a special evening. The seafood appetizers were incredibly fresh, especially the fried octopus, superb! I loved the seafood risotto, flavorful and perfectly cooked. The service, led by Mr. Andrea and Nicola, was attentive and impeccable. The dessert, drowned in gianduia, rounded off the dinner beautifully. Excellent value for money for an experience of this caliber. A journey through the flavors of Sardinia that I recommend to everyone! 5 stars, we'll be back soon!

Well, yes, after my first review three years ago, "Professional Service," having organized conferences, meetings, and weddings, I found myself last night in a consistently pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. I chose rice with pistachios and found that plain rice with butter and parmesan was tastier, with no flavor of the famous Bronte pistachios.
The service has definitely deteriorated over time.

We chose the restaurant at the hotel where we were staying. We tried the seafood. The food was wonderful. The shrimp and fried octopus were especially good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
