Food in the front row is often overpriced and rarely good to very good. We, four adults and three children, spontaneously decided on the "Da Carlo" and despite the "exposed location in the first row" right on the lake and our concerns, all seven of us were not disappointed. Spaghetti al dente is not always a given in Italy, but it is here. Homemade gnocchi, the pizzas or the Fritto Misto di Mare, everything was perfect. Here you can go out and eat in the front row with a view of the lake without any worries.

Ieri sera io e la mia compagna siamo stati a cenare in questo ristorante. Pur essendo venerdì sera ed essendoci il pienone ci hanno fatto accomodare a bordo lago per una cenetta romantica. Menù con varie scelte tra carne, pesce e pizze e soprattutto anche per quello che riguarda il gluten free. Consiglio la loro cheesecake per concludere in bellezza. Speso in totale per un primo di pesce una tagliata, patate al forno, due acque e due dolci 73€. Lo consigliamo a tutti soprattutto per il gluten free.

Really good food and the best pizza I’ve had in Italy so far. The mussels were also excellent. Service here was very good and the staff did a great job despite the weather getting really windy. The weather can turn very quickly here.

So we were right next door the day before and weren't that impressed. We were surprised at how nice the employees were here. We also used this to provide our dog with water. The food was great and the menu was generally very appealing. There was even a gluten free selection! Unfortunately I didn't see that until too late but I thought it was fantastic! In any case, we'll stop by again because I still have to try the desserts :)

23/06/2024: Posto al TOP! Solo complimenti per questo locale che porta avanti la tradizione dei carrelli di arrosti che bolliti, seguiti dal carrello dei dolci. Il consiglio è di andarci a stomaco molto vuoto, per assaggiare tutto, inclusi i primi di pasta fresca e il tipico risotto simile a quello all'isolana, ma con ricetta della casa. Le porzioni sono decisamente abbondanti e generose. I costi sono in linea con la qualità offerta (menu completo con primo, carrelli, caffè e mezzo litro di vino 50€ a testa). Gentilissimo il servizio delle cameriere e del proprietario che si accerta che tutto vada bene e si vuole il bis di qualcosa. Necessaria la prenotazione.

25/06/2024: On June 14th, I had the honor of attending my sister-in-law's wedding in Torre Bassano. The location is simply breathtaking. Located on a cliff overlooking the Gulf of Naples, the structure offers a spectacular panorama that was the perfect setting for such a special event. The historic 16th century Saracen Tower, set in the lava rock, adds a touch of ancient charm that made the atmosphere of the wedding even more magical. The Capri room, with its large windows overlooking the sea, hosted guests in an elegant and refined environment. The outdoor terrace was the ideal place for an aperitif and to enjoy the sunset, creating unforgettable moments for everyone present. The cuisine was a true triumph. The chef has been able to reinterpret traditional Mediterranean and Neapolitan dishes with skill, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each course was an explosion of flavors and the guests did nothing but compliment it☺️ The staff at Torre Bassano were impeccable: professional, attentive and always available to satisfy every need. Every detail has been taken care of with extreme precision, helping to make the day perfect. If you are looking for a location for a special event, be it a wedding, a reception or any other celebration, I highly recommend Torre Bassano. ☺️
19/06/2024: We stayed at this location for a wedding. What can I say... the structure is wonderful, with a breathtaking view, excellent quality food, abundant dishes with a choice of encores when it comes to first courses. The room is not very large, therefore not suitable for large weddings... I recommend it 100%
