Da Carletto In Montesilvano

A delightful restaurant, with a casual yet very pleasant atmosphere, friendly and quick staff, and excellent food (everything was good, but the baked sea bass fillet with grilled vegetables and the licorice tiramisu were superb; I highly recommend trying them). When I return to Pescara, I'll have no problem finding a good restaurant. Lastly, there were three of us, including two dogs, who were greeted with a smile. Thanks, Carletto, and see you next time.

We went for dinner after finding them on The Fork. We found friendly and welcoming service, a well-maintained and well-kept restaurant, and we had a truly wonderful meal! We had two appetizers: cacio e ovo (cacio e egg) with shrimp and the scampi catalana, both very good! The two first courses were amazing: linguine with tuna tartare and burrata ravioli. We'll definitely be back before we leave!

We waited two hours for a plate of pasta with clams, a house appetizer, and a fried dish. Even our two-year-old daughter had to wait to start eating (they didn't have the discretion to bring her pasta first). We started eating at 9:30 PM. The service was decent; I had to ask for a car seat for my daughter several times even though we had a reservation. The waitress couldn't stand children and scolded several kids who bothered her even if they were walking in front of her. And at the end, they had a display of colorful lollipops at the register that they were giving out to the kids. Our daughter didn't get one and just stared at the other kids who had them. They coldly handed out the bill without even apologizing for what had happened (the service was significantly late). We left at 11 PM, without any lollipops for our daughter.

Very positive experience. Excellent welcome. Fresh, quality ingredients. Excellent pairings and generous portions. More than fair prices, with staff very attentive to detail. A pleasure for the palate.

Not a great experience, especially the octopus, which tasted bad. The saffron puree on the side wasn't very good either, in my opinion. The mussels were good, but the sauce was too salty to dip the bread in. Decent service. Ordinary place. Normal prices, but at the cashier, no one even asked if everything was okay.

We ate well and the service was very attentive.

Welcoming place. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend the spaghetti alla Carletto and the scampi alla Catalana. Thank you very much

Accolti con professionalità dopo la verifica della prenotazione ci siamo accomodati al tavolo. Serviti dal beverage siamo passati alla comanda con due primi piatti gnocchetti al sugo di gamberetti, davvero una prelibatezza e due fritture una mista e l'altra solo di calamari, anche questa una bontà. A corredo due dolci. Serietà e professionalità fanno la differenza. Peccato per il conto che a mio avviso è alto per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Grazie

Oche dire se non che è un ottimo ristorante? Siamo venuti con amici e siamo andati via con la promessa di tornare. Non ho provato i dolci che mi dicono essere ottimi
