Ho scoperto questo ristorante da poco è devo dire che è eccezionale,ho preso gli antipasti completi è si sente che tutto fresco,ma soprattutto tutto ben bilanciato con gli aromi,servizio professionale velocissimo è impeccabile,anche il primo di linguine fatto a mano con tartare a crudo è limone era veramente stupefacente,insomma se volete fare bellissima figura è mangiare come si deve vi invito a provare..10+++

Let me start by saying that I don't like fish, so if I go back to eat it at Carletto's, it means that it is really very good. The restaurant is now located where there used to be the villa of my maternal grandparents, with whom I lived, so for me, every time, it's as if I'm coming home, and this in itself makes me feel good. Then there is Carletto, who makes the difference and who, for me, is a legend. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room has quieter, more private seats and less so you can choose. Among the dishes that I love the most I can mention, in addition to the usual fried foods and squid skewers, the chitarrina da Carletto, which is an ever green, the fettuccine with Montepulciano with scampi and calamari, the cod in sauce with Taggiasca olives and onions baked and mussels soute. Now that I have finally returned to Montesilvano, I will be one of their regular customers and I will also invite my friends to share this beautiful culinary experience with me. I must say completely satisfied! Very elegant place. The dishes were fantastic, the fish was fresh! The scampi in particular was sublime. Excellent octopus, clams, mussels, what a spectacle! Finally, the sorbet was also excellent. Friendly and good staff. I will definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant in Montesilvano, with excellent quality fish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were friendly, there was a bit of a wait but it was worth it.
