We stayed nearby and the host recommended this restaurant. We had a great time here, away from the touristy atmosphere and enjoyed being in a locaa restaurant with good and plentiful food and drinks. Highly recommend!

Restaurant/pizzeria in the heart of Testaccio with indoor and outdoor seating. The pizza selection isn't extensive. There are the classics, but the quality is very high. There's a wide selection of first courses, appetizers, side dishes, and main courses, ranging from traditional Roman classics to more or less sophisticated dishes. The price is fair and the service is very good.

Discovered by pure chance, I was supposed to have lunch somewhere else but it was closed for vacation. I glanced over and read Bucatino. A typically Roman place with Roman cuisine. Delicious and plentiful dishes. I'm going back on Saturday and bringing my friends. Special feature...they give you a gag and you can take it home.

A typical Italian experience. Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, and we rolled back to the hotel, satisfied. More expensive than we'd like, but that's our currency's fault, because everything was sensational!

Excellent restaurant serving traditional Roman cuisine. Very friendly and welcoming staff. It's delicious even for tourists. It's even better with Roman friends! A must-try. Located in the traditional Testaccio neighborhood.

Abbiamo cenato qui per festeggiare il compleanno di un amico. Ritornavo in questo ristorante dopo parecchi mesi. Le pietanze servite sono state tutte buone eccetto la carbonara che era troppo secca e priva della cremina solita, in quanto l'uovo si era trasformato in un sorta di frittatina. Per il resto nulla da dire

11/09/2025: Every time we come to Rome with our family, we visit this restaurant – already the 4th time! Want to feel the real Italian vibe? You’ll find it here. The service is friendly and unobtrusive, and the food is absolutely delicious. My husband even came all the way from Florence to Rome just for the gnocchi! Thank you for the warm service and authentic cuisine.

29/08/2025: It's always a great experience to come to this restaurant, the food is excellent, the garden is very spacious with a lovely atmosphere and the staff is very kind and welcoming.
27/08/2025: Great meal start to finish. Wait staff very attentive. Would return again every visit to Rome.
