Great experience Sunday lunch. Fast service, tonnarelli cacio e pepe top. Also the punatrelle made very well and the spectacular suckling pig.

Highly recommended! A fully booked restaurant where you can still eat without a reservation from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., very good Roman cuisine, plentiful, and very friendly staff. I went there two evenings and it was nice even on my own. I'll continue working through the menu on my next trip; I'm already looking forward to it.

Festeggiato il mio compleanno ieri a pranzo in questo ristorante molto grande ed accogliente...il cibo è stato ottimo ed abbondante ed il personale gentile e disponibile: mi hanno anche portato i tonnarelli al posto dei rigatoni alla carbonara che avevo gentilmente chiesto! Prezzi nella media della città ma qualità altissima

Qué amatriciana en realidad. Qué trattoria clásica de todos los tiempos. Excelentes entrantes y buenos postres. También aprecié que cuando devolví el vino de la casa porque no nos gustó, nos dieron la carta de vinos de inmediato. Gran experiencia!

06/04/2025: Ero già stata in questa trattoria due anni fa e sono tornata molto volentieri. L'atmosfera è quella tipica dei locali frequentati da turisti ma anche dai romani, cibo tipico della tradizione di buona qualità e in quantità abbondante, personale cordiale e professionale, prezzi nella media. Vicino alle principali attrazioni di Roma, a pochi passi da piazza di Spagna... ci tornerò sicuramente al mio prossimo viaggio nella Capitale

27/03/2025: Excellent trattoria with authentic traditional Roman dishes. Everything was delicious. We had coda alla vaccinara, puntarelle, artichokes alla romana, the inevitable rigatoni alla carbonara and tonnarelli cacio e pepe. There are still so many things that I want to try next time 😊 I highly recommend it
25/03/2025: So, what happened was that we initially planned to go to a popular restaurant recommended by foodie friends. However, the waiter there had a rather unfriendly attitude, and we didn’t feel like staying. We wandered through the narrow streets of Rome for a while and stumbled upon la Campana - the best thing that could have happened to us! A truly authentic, old-school Italian restaurant. We ordered fresh truffle pasta, tiramisu, and wine, and everything tasted absolutely amazing. We got exactly the genuine Italian restaurant and food experience we were looking for!
