Tornando verso Gubbio,da Torino, cerco e trovo "casualmente" un piccolo appoggio dove cenare,mi immergo in queste colline e trovo una bellissima "osteria", carina,gentile,calda, si respira un'aria quasi di casa. Io che amo la vita rurale e tradizionale, mi sono trovato nel posto perfetto, dopo aver mangiato orribilmente nel nord italia,finalmente una bella cena,ricca di buonissima carne e antipasti misti. Ottimi prezzi e ottime persone. Non vorrei perdere contatti con il titolare, se passeró da quelle parti,mi ritroverete al 100%. Un bellissimo ricordo di fine vacanza. Un caloro saluto!!!! 5 stelle meritate.

I have had several occasions to dine at Brustlon, alone or as a couple, always with satisfaction from all points of view. Few dishes, strictly traditional and executed in the best way with excellent raw materials. A provocation: okay, it's just a hillside trattoria but I would propose a compulsory internship in this restaurant for all restaurateurs, including three-starred ones, in Emilia Romagna.

Mid-August lunch. The cuisine is top-notch. The only flaw is that it's inside the restaurant without air conditioning. It's brutally hot!! At least a fan! A cooler!
