I have had several occasions to dine at Brustlon, alone or as a couple, always with satisfaction from all points of view. Few dishes, strictly traditional and executed in the best way with excellent raw materials. A provocation: okay, it's just a hillside trattoria but I would propose a compulsory internship in this restaurant for all restaurateurs, including three-starred ones, in Emilia Romagna.

Il menú é quello tipicamente Romagnolo quindi poco adatto all' estate. Piatto forte che non delude mai é il castrato alla griglia. L' unica nota veramente negativa é lo svolazzo di mosche anche all' interno del locale. Consiglio il gestore di munirsi di lampade insetticide.

Typical Romagna restaurant. Excellent and handmade first courses. Compared to years ago, they have reduced the portions: too bad!!!

Mid-August lunch. The cuisine is top-notch. The only flaw is that it's inside the restaurant without air conditioning. It's brutally hot!! At least a fan! A cooler!

08/12/2024: If you are looking for a typical Romagna trattoria where you can taste the culinary traditions of the area, you are in the right place. The atmosphere is very convivial, and the food is truly Romagna style! Excellent pasta, good wine and lots of meat! The only flaw is that I like the piadina a little more cooked, but just ask! The prices are also good, which is not so common nowadays…
