We were guests in Brando's suite, and we were advised to go and try his Da Brando restaurant. Beautiful gastronomic experience, quality products, with top quality-price ratio! Super friendly and always smiling service! I highly recommend giving it a try!

The furnishing style can be... unsettling because it is perhaps too original, personally I prefer more minimalist environments, but the quality of the food has, for years, been indisputable in my opinion. Very simple dishes but cooked with care and served with a smile. I love meat dishes, and their schnitzel, burgers and grilled chicken taste authentic. Their breaded brie is my indulgence! Prices not low, but in line with the goodness of the food!

I went for lunch and had a really great meal. The carbonara and chicken with honey sauce were extraordinary. Truly delicious. Small and narrow environment, but very curious and particular, such as the presence of markers on the tables. Service a little slow, but the staff were friendly, helpful and always smiling. Very good.

Dai tavoli all'esterno si intuisce l'atmosfera amichevole e non formale. Era molto tempo che non tornavo, sperando che l'eccesso di informale sarebbe stato risolto. No, tavolini, sedie e intonaco che si polverizzano, quindi non un gran senso di pulizia. Però ho gustato una tartare di tonno, mancava l'avocado sostituito con le patate; poi un trancio di salmone rovinato dalla salsa che non potevo evitare, perché messa sopra; ed, una buona crostata fatta in casa, riscaldata. Servizio veloce, conto buono.

Il locale è carino, con uno stile tutto suo ma molto accogliente. Il personale e' disponibile e accorto e i bambini sono benvenuti!! Tutto il cibo assaggiato, dagli antipasti ai dolci, è stato gustoso e con buone materie prime. Nota di merito per il fagottino di melanzane, le polpette con pure' ed i primi. Le porzioni sono abbondanti ed il prezzo è assolutamente proporzionato alla qualità del cibo. Da provare!!!

The food is excellent, I had the opportunity to taste really well made dishes. The carbonara, the cacio e pepe and the matriciana were excellent. In three days I tasted them all. Very kind and helpful staff. Optimal

Il mattarello d'oro

09/01/2025: On my first day in Rome, the owner welcomed me and took care of me with a relaxed and kind smile. Bread, pizza, and eggplant lasagna are excellent. I'm planning to go eat more
04/12/2024: I have been frequenting this rotisserie for three years now on a weekly basis. In recent years I have had the opportunity to try almost everything and I can say that it feels like being at home! The specialties are roast chicken, vegetables (chard and broccoli), stuffed pizzas, gnocchi (as per tradition on Thursdays), white pizzas with chicken salad, fried cutlets and much more. Everything is prepared with love by the lady in the kitchen: home cooking that takes you home, especially for those who, like me, live away from home and come from other parts of Italy. The service is also impeccable and precise, as well as courteous. For personal taste, I would prefer the sauce (for example that of lasagna or gnocchi) to be a little more concentrated and with a stronger flavour. As for the price: as an away student, unfortunately it's not possible to have lunch here every day but once a week I'll gladly do it! Thanks for your work!!

11/02/2025: I have been coming to this pizzeria for many years and it is a historic meeting place for me and my friends, the food is excellent and the staff is always smiling. I can only recommend it to everyone.
