A lovely trattoria, a place with an interesting historical appeal. The menu is well-constructed, with limited but carefully selected choices. We ordered a flan of the day as an appetizer, which was a bit bland and lacked any real punch. For the main course, a sirloin steak with red fruits and a stuffed rabbit. The rabbit was very salty and a bit dry, and the side dish was beans that needed more soaking. Overall, the place is lovely and welcoming, and I would return, but these small touches could be improved. Fair prices.

Excellent service, and the place is reminiscent of old-fashioned trattorias.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and our waiter made the evening even more enjoyable with his humor and helpfulness. A truly memorable dining experience—highly recommended!

Excellent cuisine and attentive service. We dined at this trattoria, where the food is delicious, the dishes are refined and generous, the wine list extensive, and the service impeccable; it was a real treat.
We came with our two dogs; the terrace is ideal for them, shaded by a magnificent lime tree. Thanks again to the staff for their welcome and to the chefs for the delicious food; I highly recommend it.

Such a whimsical place, we're so happy we found it (by accident). Not sure why people in reviews write that the food is not that perfect, because every single thing we tried was pure perfection. The zuccini lasagna!!! 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 Try their house wine as well, you wont regret it, and the pistachio dessert. ✨️ Thank you to the older waiter who was sweet and giggly all night and laughing with us, he trully made our night special. Very calm vibes and nice energy, totally worth the visit. 😌

Along the highway, I was looking for an authentic place to stop for lunch, with flavor and a touch of tradition. With a bit of luck, I discovered Trattoria Bibe—a real surprise.
Among the dishes I tried, the rabbit stuffed with zucchini flower frittata undoubtedly stood out: an original and successful combination that I still fondly remember. The vegetables were also excellent, presented with care and attention to detail.
A place worth keeping an eye on, especially for those traveling and wanting to avoid the usual anonymous places. Kudos to the owner, who, with dedication and respect for tradition, creates authentic cuisine rich in authentic flavors. I will gladly return!

After 40 years I returned to Bibe.....a well-kept environment, beautiful garden, good service, good food, fair price. Happy to have returned. Unfortunately the road is adjacent to the tables but at least this is bearable in the evening. Thanks.

Very good meal. Attentive staff. Very nice restaurant.
The only downside is that the road that runs alongside the terrace is very busy. We had just escaped Florence's traffic and wanted a quiet dinner.

Posto molto bello, al fresco soprattutto, perfetto per l'estate. Mangiare all'aperto circondato dal verde, in estate è il top. Cucina davvero buona, di alta qualità.
Ho preso dei fiori di zucca ripieni di ricotta (me ne hanno serviti 7 ma eravamo in 2, ordinato 2 porzioni, io avrei fatto 8, non penso andavate in rovina essendo anche molto piccoli i fuori di zucca serviti), buonissimi cmq!
Abbiamo ordinato poi delle verdurine pastellate (con fiori di zucca inclusi nel mix, stupende!)e un petto d'anatra morbidissimo, cucinato alla perfezione.
Unico appunto: il caffè a 2,50€ è davvero esagerato, ve ne approfittate un po troppo, penso sia da rivedere...

AMBIENTE : Locale molto bello, curato, diviso in più sale.
Ampio parcheggio privato e ampio giardino, ma l'ho visto di sera e d'inverno.
Il ristorante è fuori dal centro di Firenze, sulle colline.
SERVIZIO : Personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Preparato.
CIBO: Ottimi piatti, diverse proposte, sia sui primi che sui secondi
RAPPORTO QUALITA' PREZZO : corretto con il tipo di ristorante di elevata qualità
GIUDIZIO COMPLESSIVO : per me sicuramente raccomandabile
