Overall, everything was excellent, but I can never finish a calzone. The food here at Bertone is truly exceptional. I even cleaned my plate and tried the fried food. All the dishes were excellent. Impeccable service and kindness.

If you find yourself passing through Lastra and craving a good pizza (not Neapolitan), this is the place for you! I returned after many years, since the pizzeria was run by the Ponziani brothers. Same dough, same quality! Very kind staff and a welcoming (if a little regretful) place. Very, very good!

05/11/2025: After a whole day of walking we dropped by this place one night and ordered 2 pizzas to go, the guy at the front was very friendly and took our order. While we waited we could see that this spot had a lot of movement and people coming in to dinner. Next time we are in Firenze we will try to go, make the time and sit down to have dinner.
