The best restaurant with a very typical and well-prepared cibo, the pasta is fatta by hand, but if you notice very good quality. The prices are a bit high and not worth it, I recommend them. The prices are a little high but it's worth it, I recommend the lasagna.

Bolognese cuisine as it once was. The boiled meat is a guarantee. The only note is that the tagliatelle cake has too much pasta and not enough dried fruit.

Restaurant frozen in time! Impeccable service from both the waiter and the reception. Kind, thoughtful, they advise without ever being intrusive. Authentic, good, plentiful dishes. The buffet of boiled meats and roasts is an experience worth trying and the trifle (which I usually don't like) is a delight! Super recommended

An experience that is not easily forgotten. Mixed boiled meat is practically mystical. The kindness of Bertino's son and daughter is pure genuineness. Even John McEnroe went there in the late 70s. Look for the photos

01/12/2024: Trattoria in centro storico con menu tipico senza fronzoli e senza gourmet. Io sono vegetariana e ho preso delle melanzane alla parmigiana molto buone. Locale carino, camerieri gentili e prezzi giusti. Chiedo scusa ai bolognesi per aver bevuto solo acqua ma dovevo guidare.
03/09/2024: Exceptional flavours. The first courses are a fairy tale, really very good and honest portions. I expected something more on the starters, but the raw material is certainly of quality. Fast and organized service. Nice location. Value for money in line with what the place offers. Location on the outskirts of the centre, therefore practically accessible on foot. I absolutely recommend!

Pasta Fresca Naldi

16/07/2024: Perfectly okay pasta but did not live up to expectations. Took a tagliatelle al ragu and a tortillioni with ricotta and tomato, both lacking salt and deeper flavors. Does not have seating, but can be taken out and eaten at nearby places. Went very quickly to get the food. You have to pay for cutlery.
11/07/2024: An excellent little pasta boui to take away.
