Great place to eat Bolognese. It's not a cheap place, but quality. Typical is the roast and boiled cart. It must be tried at least once in a lifetime. I loved the tongue... Superfine! Spaces a bit narrow, but bearable

Typical Bolognese restaurant, located in the heart of Bologna. Very easy but refined environment, excellent, fast and precise service; little note, put a little more smile on it, it never hurts! Excellent dishes Good quality-price

Accoglienza calda, una voce squillante ci dà il benvenuto come fossimo clienti storici. Comanda rapida personale abituato a sgambettare - tortellini in brodo - carrello dei bolliti - zuppa inglese ! Tutto buono, tutto come di deve in un posto che mantiene sorrisi, calore e qualità.

Locale rinnovato dal recente incendio, ma che ha comunque mantenuto lo stile classico della trattoria. Buona scelta tra le pietanze classiche bolognesi, molto buone le lasagne e le tagliatelle al ragù. Come secondi, oltre alla classica cotoletta, c'è il famoso cartello degli arrosti e del bollito, accompagnato dalle varie salse e contorni. Imperdibile la zuppa inglese. Prezzi nella media, ma non esagerati per essere in centro a Bologna.

29/03/2025: I had been wanting to try the famous seven-layer lasagna for a long time. I, an expat from Bologna, consider lasagna the flavor of my childhood. A Bolognese archetype like San Luca. Passing through Bologna with my family, without a reservation we decided to try our luck. Luckily they had a free table. I was the only one who ordered lasagna. The others were tagliatelle with ragù, beef cheek and stuffed guinea fowl. Well... the tagliatelle were fantastic, the cheek was amazing and the guinea fowl was good. Lastly they served me. I had been blissed out for months with photos of the perfect, colorful and succulent cube of Cambio's lasagna. Instead, I received a lasagna that was drooping on one side, covered in ragù browned by excessive cooking. The overcooking was clearly noticeable in the taste. Tasting the tagliatelle I then noticed the clear difference with a well-cooked and juicy ragù. Guys... what are you doing to me? Mistakes can happen to anyone, but what about lasagna?
