25/04/2024: Below expectations... Nice place, quick and friendly staff. Certainly plentiful dishes and correct prices but.... for a Roman cuisine we certainly expected flavors more in line with the true Roman tradition.... In the cacio e pepe I expect to find pepper, because that is exactly what gives the right aroma. Gricia ... passable Carbonara would have been better with a little more creaminess and not too runny as it was served. Saltimbocca .... or not Good mixed frying... more battered courgettes than anything else, however if you want anything else added just ask. Bread ... not received and requested late at lunch. Good wine selection In the hope that this review can help to improve, I wish all the staff good luck.
