If you pass through Civita Castellana I recommend making a stop in this small restaurant, we felt at home, the owner was friendly and kind, the quality of the dishes was excellent, from the mixed platter to the abundant pasta and the meat that melts in your mouth, a must try. Excellent trattoria in the center of Civita Castellana, we had a first course alla gricia and the idea of ​​serving it in the pan instead of the plate is very nice, and an appetizer with excellent cold cuts and cheeses. The place is spartan, the bill is honest, why not go there if you are visiting the country...

15/08/2024: The rooms are simple and very clean. In the restaurant we ate very well, everything was very good and well priced. But what stands out most is the good treatment we received, they have been very friendly and helpful.
15/08/2024: My experience is based only on catering. I went to eat at the Ortensi hostel on August 15th and it was a wonderful discovery. Dishes with fresh and quality raw materials, also very well plated. The girl who served us was quick and friendly. I'll be back soon
