If you pass through Civita Castellana I recommend making a stop in this small restaurant, we felt at home, the owner was friendly and kind, the quality of the dishes was excellent, from the mixed platter to the abundant pasta and the meat that melts in your mouth, a must try. Excellent trattoria in the center of Civita Castellana, we had a first course alla gricia and the idea of ​​serving it in the pan instead of the plate is very nice, and an appetizer with excellent cold cuts and cheeses. 01/12/2024: Ambiente molto carino e curato. Tipici. I ragazzi sono gentilissimi ma la cucina è un po’ troppo pasticciata. Buona ma un po’ pesante.
