The best carbonara in Civita! At Bastiano's, all the ingredients are genuine and high-quality, with an excellent platter of appetizers and panzerotti, superb pan-fried first courses, delicious sliced steak, and Antonio is a guarantee!

…if you are looking for a quiet place on a Sunday outside the city, Civita Castellana is for you, especially if you are going to see the carnival floats (it's history here). All this was just advice, but if you want to eat a hot dish in every sense of the word, food, service and atmosphere… but above all (finding people who work with a smile) you have to go to the Trattoria da Bastiano… price and quality guaranteed.

A lovely discovery while strolling through the historic center. A simple and welcoming trattoria, with a very friendly and helpful owner. The dishes and platters of authentic and delicious cured meats are also delicious, thanks in part to the fact that the meat and its processing come from family-run farms.

SPECTACULAR! One of those trattorias where you eat divinely and leave happy. The appetizer is amazing, rich and incredibly tasty. The homemade pasta is something special, with authentic flavors, just like in the olden days. Everything, absolutely everything, is delicious!
The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling.
The bill? Very fair, almost surprising for the quality they offer.
A place like this is rare: highly recommended, you'll want to return again and again! 🍝❤️

A real guarantee! Everything is delicious, from A to Z. The appetizer is simply amazing, plentiful and full of authentic flavors. The homemade pasta is special; you can taste the quality and tradition in every bite.
The service is kind and attentive, they make you feel right at home.
The prices are very fair for the quality and quantity: it's really hard to ask for more.
Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back! 🍝✨
