We arrived after a last minute booking and were well received despite the crowd. We were surprised by the passionate professionalism of the staff and their speed. Not to mention the food, very good and tasty, from the coratella that I had twice to the roast pork in the wild. What can I say, I fully agree to return. Well done.

It's like they say, if someone doesn't like curves it's better not to go there... The torte al testo is excellent and they serve in quantity, the menu is fixed and you won't leave hungry....

But what problems do those who give this place a negative review have? Mountain restaurant, spartan environment, no menu and possibility to choose. The courses arrive automatically from the kitchen in the order of 2 starters, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, dessert. Water and wine included in the price. Very kind owner, the girl who served us was very friendly. In short, one of those places where time has stopped Excellent food, the true flavors of the past, it's like eating at grandma's house. The portions are generous. When you sit down you have to have only one goal...survive all that abundance. UNESCO world heritage site, there are only other comments to make

everything good: cured meats, beans, coratella, two first courses, grilled meat, pick me up, coffee, white, red wine, cocacola, water... he never stopped bringing stuff...

07/11/2024: Location and breathtaking views always, ultra cuisine and service 🔝 only applause for the work of Paolo and Luca. When you try it you understand that you loved yourself.
06/10/2024: The Trippini restaurant is located in the beautiful and evocative village of Civitella del Lago. The Trippini family's restaurant is well-kept and elegant. Luca's welcome and service are impeccable. Paolo's cuisine is an experience absolutely worth trying. If you have any particular dietary needs, do not hesitate to let them know in advance and you will certainly be satisfied. There were five of us and a totally plant-based menu was designed for me, as I am vegan, while for a friend of ours, a totally gluten-free and lactose-free menu. All truly excellent, with original and refined combinations. It is not a given to find this openness towards the different needs of customers, therefore, I renew my gratitude to Paolo and Luca, we will come to visit you soon.

31/08/2024: I spent four unforgettable days with my mother and my sister. Beautiful place accompanied by friendly and very helpful staff. Tastefully furnished apartment. Breakfast is served in the room with homemade cakes and biscuits (delicious) and also packaged products. The property also has a restaurant/pizzeria where you can eat very well. The location is excellent and just a few km from Narni even though it is immersed in the countryside. We will definitely be back. A special thanks to Stefano who was always available.
09/08/2024: Veniamo soprattutto il venerdì sera in estate. All’arrivo si prova subito una bellissima sensazione di evasione. Sempre tutto curato, bello e in ordine. La cena è sempre buona. La musica dal vivo decisamente apprezzabile. Relax sotto alle stelle a bordo piscina.
