Capitati per caso in uscita da Sutri verso Roma, siamo stati accolti dalla simpatia della proprietaria che ci ha consigliato in modo appropriato guidandoci alla scoperta delle sue eccellenze culinarie. Antipasti con fritture di verdure in tempura e pizzetta col prosciutto che ti predispongono bene al proseguimento. Tris di primi con pasta fatta in casa, deliziosi (menzione speciale per il ragù di funghi e i tagliolini cotti nel vino bianco). Infine verdure romane di tradizione (carciofi, cicoria) e zucchine grigliate particolari, veramente da provare. Staff preciso e cordiale. Dolci casalinghi, ma buonissimi. Prezzi convenienti

Tipica trattoria a gestione familiare con clientela principalmente locale. Piatti tipici del territorio ben eseguiti. Simpatia, cordialità e gentilezza, però, non riescono a sopperire ad un servizio un po' carente di professionalità. Peccato, perchè, altrimenti, sarebbero d'obbligo 5 stelle.

17/10/2025: We enjoyed our experience, good service, the 4 cheese pasta is delicious to try. Otherwise for dinner time, there was no pizza but that didn't bother us.

17/10/2025: Perfect spot for a takeout lunch on my last day in town! I’m sorry I didn’t find it sooner! There’s a buffet style set up with all of the dishes spread out on a counter top. You choose what you would like and they dish it out and heat it up (and in my case pack it up). I ordered chicory greens, a baked seasoned pumpkin dish, a couple of chicken wings(why does chicken in Europe taste so much better than in the United States?!?), ravioli, lasagna and cannelloni and OMG everything was so delicious! I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I HAD to for this place! If you’re ever in town, you should check it out. I didn’t ask, but I got the feeling that they use a lot of local ingredients. Oh, and it’s really affordable. 15 € for all of that and I could only eat half of what I got. But I won’t let it go to waste, I know what I’m eating for dinner tonight!
10/10/2025: A family atmosphere that exudes warmth and authenticity, with homemade pasta that takes you back to the days of old. I highly recommend stopping here if you're in Soriano: everything is excellent! Try the different first courses, they're truly exceptional.
