We had lunch on Sunday with friends, the food is good, but...the waits are very long, we waited almost 2 hours between the starter and the first course.

A truly EXCEPTIONAL restaurant. Cozy place, clean and with attention to the smallest details. For the food, saying excellent would be an understatement, wide and abundant choices from starters to desserts. Precise, helpful and familiar staff (it feels like home). Super recommended.

Un locale grande,con più sale ben riscaldato,il personale è veloce e gentile,il proprietario Andrea è una vera forza della natura.Le pietanze sono veramente gustose,si sente che la materia prima è genuina.consiglio di assaggiare la coratella,una vera bontà❤️

La piccola Chia nasconde in bella vista una trattoria molto molto accogliente con una vista sui molteplici colori stagionali del luogo. I piatti, tra tipici del Lazio e locali, hanno dei sapori STRAODINARI. L'antipasto ricco e gustoso, i primi piatti, tra Pappardelle al Ragù di Cinghiale, Funghi Porcini e Tartufo, hanno dei sapori autentici e lasciano il sorriso per tutta la durata del pasto. Il personale super disponibile e l'ambiente e confortevole. Consiglio vivamente a chi vuole visitare Chia e poi fermarsi a gustare degli ottimi piatti!

14/01/2025: Nice place and friendly, professional service. Both the normal and gluten-free pizza (ciociara and good, bad and bad) are very good. The appetizer platter wasn't bad at all either. You can see that there is an excellent search for selected and high-quality raw materials. In a photo you can see a small "stool" used to place ladies' bags (very nice idea and thought). The all-and-nothing caramel dessert (gluten-free) is amazing :D it's addictive :D. Fair account for the quality of the products offered
02/01/2025: Comfortable environment with lighting that is not too high. Dark gray tones, no tablecloths, beautiful glasses. Friendly service and clear information. It is perfect for celiac customers, 90% of the menu can be made gluten-free. Dishes with particular and refined workmanship. We liked it. Well done

03/01/2025: Abbiamo passato il capodanno in questo posto perché passando per caso abbiamo visto che organizzavano il cenone. Siamo stati benissimo, Abbiamo mangiato benissimo ed abbiamo pernottato nelle stanze subito sopra il ristorante. Abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento unico, con i ragazzi sempre attenti ad ogni nostra esigenza, Avendo noi un figlio disabile. Ci torneremo sicuramente appena possibile.
