We had lunch on Sunday with friends, the food is good, but...the waits are very long, we waited almost 2 hours between the starter and the first course.

A truly EXCEPTIONAL restaurant. Cozy place, clean and with attention to the smallest details. For the food, saying excellent would be an understatement, wide and abundant choices from starters to desserts. Precise, helpful and familiar staff (it feels like home). Super recommended.

Well... if the manager or owner were more friendly and helpful, the place would benefit. At least from our experience of past evenings. For the rest, we record the cost of the bruschetta, seasoned with a drop of olive oil , underlined, new. Five, six bruschettas, 11 euros. The mixed ones, seven euros and fifty. Exaggerated.

Excellent restaurant, we have been several times and it has always satisfied us! The first and second courses are good, the desserts are excellent. Courteous and kind service.

19/08/2024: Excellent food with quality and well-prepared products, pinci with truffles and pinci with white ragù flavored with citrus fruits, truly excellent homemade pinci, appetizer with cured meats and truffle pecorino with bruschetta with porcini mushrooms and colonnata lard. Polite and friendly staff. Highly recommended

31/07/2024: Truly excellent pizzas, speed of service, good prices and a very beautiful location, in the center of Bolsena. The only flaw was that, as soon as I ordered for dinner, I was brought the paper to clean up some kicks from the dog who had drunk and had spilled some water. (It had never happened to me. I would have asked anyway out of fairness).
