I went for lunch yesterday for the second time, excellent service, well prepared dishes, very balanced in flavour... friendly staff and top professionalism... always extra dishes... I RECOMMEND TRYING AND I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN

Excellent cuisine and excellent wines.

We found the Aldo restaurant because we were looking for a place where we could eat boiled meat with pearà in Veronese style. We found a well-kept and detailed environment: from the meat showcase with the fireplace where the Florentine steaks are cooked, to the small room where we were seated. The service is of a level that is now difficult to find: attentive, with maximum attention to the customer but without ever being invasive. The dishes are of an excellent level: the platter of cured meats of great variety and quality perceivable only by the scent that the selection emanated. The boiled meat with peará served from the trolley is the final confirmation of the incredible professionalism that resides within this restaurant. few words but impactful: varied, excellent, warm. I can only recommend it and we will definitely be back! Compliments.

Boiled with spectacular pearà, accompanied by an amazing Bolgheri.

New location but same quality. Good risotto ( I’ve eaten better ones even in this place might have been a bad day but it was still vey good), great steak and excellent desserts.

Sono stato in questo ristorante per la prima volta con tutta la mia famiglia. Già all’ingresso ti accorgi di entrare in un locale di ottimo livello. L’accoglienza è molto cordiale la sistemazione è ottimale, e la tavola molto ben preparata. Il servizio poi mi ha veramente stupito: Cameriere e personale sono veramente di ottimo livello! Ben oltre quello che ti aspetti. Cordialità e precisione del servizio sono cose che lasciano il segno.per quanto riguarda il cibo tutto veramente ottimo e ben preparato. Io ho preso il risotto tradizionale fatto all’isolana, ed il carrello dei bolliti misti. Ottime anche le salse di accompagnamento al bollito. Anche i piatti dei miei commensali erano tutti di ottimo livello. Per non parlare dei dolci tutti ben preparati e molto belli anche come preparazione. Complimenti, vi siete fatti un nuovo cliente!
