What can I say about Aldo...a little gem in the area, the restaurant you mentioned...I'd love to eat something refined and unique tonight...but I don't know where else to go...then you remember Aldo and smile! Personally, when I want a risotto made properly, I have no hesitation, but the meat makes no difference...various cuts depending on availability, all worth trying and all equally sublime. The service is always attentive and professional, the girls are always lovely, and Galliano is always ready to recommend the right wine.

We booked this place for my birthday lunch a few weeks ago. Everything was followed to perfection, down to the smallest details, from the selection of the menu to the choice of the room. The precise and attentive service of all the staff, the delicious dishes prepared with excellent quality ingredients, the risotto was fantastic and also the grilled meat. Went for a working lunch. You immediately notice that the environment is sophisticated. Average but very expensive food, no sense. Friendly staff. It's a shame that the furnishings are always done without a unique style but only beautiful elements placed close together. In my opinion it loses a lot of tone.

We started with an exquisite selection of cheeses accompanied by jams and mustard that perfectly enhanced each flavor. Followed by the beef marinated in oil and lemon: The freshness of the citrus fruits combined divinely with the delicacy of the meat, all enriched by the crunchiness of the white asparagus crudités and the tasty flakes of parmesan cheese. A light and refined dish. Then came the stuffed cuttlefish on pea cream. The sweetness of the peas went perfectly with the tasty filling of the cuttlefish. As a first course, I opted for mustard herb cappellacci with green asparagus tips and butter flavored with fine herbs. A dish that smelled of freshness and delicacy. A true comfort food revisited with elegance! Worth noting is the quality of the raw materials, the care taken in the preparation of the dishes and, last but not least, the excellent quality-price ratio.
