Pan and brick pizza, the farinata is also good, very kind staff

I'm returning to Alba after several years, and I find the staff incredibly friendly and the farinata amazing. The pan pizza was perfect, truly worthy of praise. I didn't give it 5 stars for one reason only: the brick pizza is decent, but not as superb as the pan pizza, but I must say I'm a fan of the latter. I'll definitely be back.

I just don't get it... Pizza al padellino isn't a Michelin-starred restaurant! It's a ritual! It's been passed down for generations, usually on Sunday evenings, after the stadium or a stroll downtown. The service should be minimal and basic. You come in, choose, eat, and pay. This is the suburban pizza al padellino. It has limitations but great poetry. Do you need to "Instagram"? You'll find Neapolitans galore in the city center. Form your own kilometer-long queue and take a nice selfie every two meters. This is Cenisia. Well done, "Da Alba"

The pan pizza and farinata were very good, as was the fast and friendly service. As for the restaurant, perhaps they'd be better off with air conditioning, given the temperatures that, unfortunately, have been hitting us these past few summers. The outdoor seating is also a welcome addition, but it's too hot and sometimes it feels like cars are going to run over you! But as I said, nothing to complain about the pizza, it's very good!

Everything was perfect, they even offered us limoncello and for our dog they gave us ham.

We were there last night, four of us. We had farinata and pan pizzas. Both were excellent. Very kind and attentive staff. We'll be back.

I really don't understand the negative reviews. The pizza is delicious, and the farinata is just the right amount of crispy and thin. My mom and I loved it, and we'll definitely be back. 🤗 Thanks also for the hospitality and kindness of the staff. I really recommend skipping the negative reviews and trying it out. 👍😋

Historic pizzeria in Borgo San Paolo, we are in the 80s even today, a place that should be deeply renovated, the farinata is not bad, you have to like the pizza, thin, biscuity, honestly I don't mind it, the prices are below average.
