Che sopresa questo posto. Giá il fatto che sia frequentato da ferraresi è una garanzia. Si trova anche qualcosina a base di pesce per chi non mangia carne

We had lunch in this spacious restaurant in the city center. The menu is very extensive with typical and non-typical dishes. The service is fast. The cappellacci with pumpkin are excellent, the guinea fowl and truffle-filled sweets are reviewable (the pasta is a bit thick and the truffle flavor is weak), the salamina da sugo with mashed potatoes is good. If the day is very hot, it is better to stay inside. The shade of the umbrellas is not enough.

I ate at Cusina e Butega for a birthday. The atmosphere is interesting, but the food is of average quality, which disappointed me a bit. They brought us several dishes to share in the center of the table: a platter of cold cuts and cheeses with bread and pinzini, two types of meat with polenta, and finally dessert. The price of €35 per person is too high for what we ate! If the comment was useful to you please put ❤️

Absolutely excellent food, very attentive and friendly service. Small negative note... not all customers like the air conditioning... if I book your service (as a customer) I would like to be able to decide whether to eat inside the restaurant or outside in the dehors. I had to have lunch with a sweatshirt that did not prevent me from having a pain in my neck because I was sweaty before entering the restaurant

Eccellenza della cucina ferrarese. Tutto ottimo dagli antipasti al dolce. Personale gentile e disponibile. Se siete a Ferrara dovete andarci. Centralissimo e cosa quasi unica a Ferrara ti fa cenare anche dopo le 21 mentre devo constatare con rammarico che la maggioranza dei ristoranti dopo tale orario ti caccia con pretesti futili.

19/01/2025: Abbiamo cenato ieri sera io e il mio compagno. Eravamo già stati altre volte, e si è assolutamente riconfermato il mio ristorante preferito! Ho scelto la degustazione di 5 portate cotte e crude, ed erano tutte SQUISITE ! Anzi....PERFETTE !!! Il pesce veramente freschissimo e di qualità, abbinamenti di sapori unici e sorprendenti. Ottima scelta di vini. I gestori sempre accoglienti e gentili. È stata una cena perfetta! Grazie.
27/11/2024: è un posto intimo, cozy. è un servizio professionale. è un ristorante dove vi è più gente in servizio che a mangiare. è raffinatezza e gourmet. è pesce, crudo e cotto. è dessert, non da meno rispetto ai salati. è lievito madre e grano arso. è un luogo di destinazione. 03/06/2025: The quality-price ratio is excellent. Very kind and attentive staff, then as a location it is truly to be envied, peace and relaxation of the Vallesanta.
25/05/2025: Lost place in the holy valley, to reach it from marrara you have to go to Molinella s.antonio, and you arrive at campotto, then there is the interrupted bridge of the water pump, so it is easier to go around from Conselice sweeping stones, but the road is white, that said, I ate excellent mutton, well cooked and abundant portion with fried potatoes (not those of the MC), the large ones, fresh bread and piadina, service normal, it is a trattoria, rustic environment, if you do not have demands on the mise EN plus (equipment), it is minimal, good house wine, super fair bill, to return again .... compliments 👍🏻
