After two weeks of traveling Puglia, this is by far the best pizzas we had! The bases were impossibly thin, the topping fresh and authentic. I am in love and am trying to reorganize my schedule so I can have another pizza here before I leave Martina Franca. While this is not in the center of the historic center (it’s on the edge) it’s away from the touristy parts and gives the most authentic wood fired pizzas… also we were the only non-Italians - half were locals - half were Italian tourists.. cannot recommend enough.

Here I am 2 years later and still the best wood fired pizza in Puglia. Locals recommended this pizzeria and they were right! Rita who looked after us remembered not only us but our order years later. Do yourself a favour! It was amazing!

Curcuma is a pizzeria that truly stands out! The relaxed atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The menu is full of original dishes, but it's the quality of the ingredients that makes the difference. I tried the 'Martinese, one of their specialties, and it was a revelation: very light dough, bold and well-balanced flavors. The service is impeccable, fast but attentive. The prices are fair for such high quality. A place I will definitely return to and one I recommend to all lovers of good pizza!

Beautiful, very elegant place. The appetizers were indescribable, too, too, too good. Not to mention the pizza, I felt completely in heaven. I hope to return here soon since I'm from Lecce.
