Curacao Lounge & Cafe In Crosia

The room opened at 8:37 am, despite the official opening time being 8:30 am. As we arrived very early, there weren't many options for meals. Very large, comfortable room.

Bad points first. Only 2 alcoholic drinks. If you are flying with AA you have to pay to get in even with first / business class. Small rest rooms. Tables are very cheap every single one is unstable (carful with drinks). No windows to look out of. Good points. Very clean AC is good Wifi is good Seats are comfortable Restrooms clean Shower facility (only one) It's about $35 usd to get in. Not really worth it unless you can company expense. Or you really don't want to sit out in the normal part.

Although the atmosphere is spacious and comfortable, the food and service are not the best. We arrived and the attendant was extremely rude and rude, saying that KLM had booked and paid for their passengers and to return in 30-40 minutes. However, seats were available in the room. When I saw some people leaving and asked if we couldn't go in, she was even ruder. Lounge policies are unclear - I haven't seen anywhere that an airline could reserve seats and that other customers would be blocked from accessing the lounge.

Situated centrally among departure gates, this expansive and tidy lounge boasts amiable staff. While the drink limit at the bar is set at 2 per person, the food options, though consistent, lack variety and exceptional taste. The chicken noodle soup, reminiscent of a Campbell's can, remains a noteworthy choice amidst a limited selection. However, the salad's excessive onions and lack of freshness detract from the overall dining experience. Enhancing the culinary offerings could significantly elevate this lounge, which otherwise provides a comfortable environment for pre-flight relaxation.

Curaçao 🇨🇼 2023 Right across from gate 4 so you dont have to go far if you're on the other side of the airport because gate 4 is right next to the Duty Free exit you are forced to go through. Very clean lounge. Great tuna salad. So fresh! Has a shower 🚿!!! Would have come sooner if i knew this lounge was this nice. Kids corner!!! Look at pics!! Amazing lounge. What a great way to end our trip.

This is a bare bones lounge. The people at the front desk were friendly upon arrival. The location is clean but there were next to no food options and as a vegetarian there were even fewer options. It reminded me of how bare lounges were during the height of COVID. This lounge definitely is better than sitting out in the terminal but not remarkedly better. They definitely could use some improvements.

This is a decent lounge with a bar (complimentary 2 drinks max/person) and some hot food (meatballs and chicken soup). The bartender was friendly, the restroom was clean, and there were plenty of places to sit.

Nice and clean lounge but the food options are very disappointing.
