Welcoming and hospitable place, ideal for spending a few days relaxing in the mountains

To Mr. Andrea Tinelli I would like to say that I only find his language unpleasant, I don't allow myself to judge his person because I don't know him but there are different ways of expressing one's opinion. Reading the other reviews it makes me think that you were thinking of going to the Grand Hotel instead of a place where you are with your family, where you spend the evenings together, where you live well. I know Don Marco well and he is not rude, if he had a certain reaction it makes me think that you did not address him with respect and people like you are not welcome where you live respecting your guests and those who host you.

We stayed at the Casa Alpina Sacro Cuore in Canale d'Agordo from 3 to 7 January 2024. Everything extraordinarily perfect: exceptional welcome from Marcello, always available and ready to satisfy every need at any time (we have a small child and he was available to prepare milk for him even at times when the bar was already closed: Thank you) . Spacious rooms, well furnished and clean, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The cuisine is certainly the jewel in the crown: EXCEPTIONAL!!!! The good fortune of having a chapel next to the structure is something that makes the stay at the Alpine House even more special, which enjoys an enviable position, a few meters from the town center, easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. Thanks to all the staff and especially to Don Marco for making our stay unique. The 4 days spent in your company have regenerated us.... THANK YOU.

Very comfortable place. Comfortable, new and heated rooms. The bathrooms are new, comfortable and clean. Even the mini apartments are very comfortable and equipped with everything. The food is very excellent, prepared in an excellent way and the portions are very generous. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are worthy of a five-star restaurant due to the variety, care and friendliness with which they are served. The staff is very polite, kind and competent. Don Marco is a very helpful, polite, accommodating and very very nice person. The prices are super fair in the quality/price comparison. I had a great time in the days close to the epiphany and I will return soon with my family and another family of friends. We spent the days close to New Year's Eve. We were welcomed into a familiar and courteous environment. The rooms are always clean and tidy, the cuisine is excellent and always with top-quality ingredients thanks to chef Michele. All the staff are competent and courteous. Highly recommended for an excellent holiday. We are already planning the next one😉

Abbiamo trascorso i giorni a ridosso del capodanno all'insegna del buonumore e del buon cibo e soprattutto dell'accoglienza da parte dello staff. Ci ritorneremo, magari provando a visitare l'area d'estate.

Sono stata a Casa Alpina per un ritiro spirituale con il mio gruppo di catechisti....solo una notte! Posto incantevole ....sei accolto dal sorriso dal receptionist che ti fa sentire a casa. Cucina casereccia e abbondante....tutto ottimo ! Sicuramente tornerò e mi fermerò per più giorni!
