We contacted Roberta from Cuochivolanti in November to organize our spring wedding and despite the little time available they were able to guide us very well to create a menu that reflected us. In particular, we cared a lot about the seasonality of the dishes and environmental sustainability and we immediately understood that we had found the right supplier. They were able to listen to our needs and desires and propose original solutions that thrilled us and left a beautiful memory of the day for our guests. The service was extremely attentive even in managing intolerances and special dietary needs and all the staff were able to put us and our guests at ease throughout the day. More than once we have used the take-away menus of cuochivolanti for our parties and each time it has been a pleasant surprise. Very tasty, always different and with different vegetables prepared in very interesting ways. Everything with them is really super, from the moment of ordering to the tasting.
