The food is good and the service is done by kind people. You can eat both inside and outside. A small note concerns the metal striped chairs: they are really uncomfortable.

In assoluto il miglior posto dove mangiare una Poke a Palermo. Abbondante nei condimenti sia di pesce, che delle aggiunzioni varie, molto saporita. Prezzo nelle media ma con rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente soddisfacente.

Il locale esteticamente è molto bello, ma sono andato via con qualche perplessità .Il prezzo, in relazione all’offerta, mi è parso eccessivo.

Great for food, which has also improved over the years. In my opinion, the real flaw of the Cuma group (including the Virgin café) is the low loyalty activity. Especially towards historical customers. Maybe it's due to the constantly changing staff, but in my opinion customers should be "pampered" more. If you don't make him, every now and then, some kind of gesture (such as a discount, free gift, etc.); or you no longer have the great affability of people like Roberta or Maria at your disposal, you only get occasional customers of the moment, or people only there strictly for the type of food (and as soon as the competition arrives...)... When, which happens cyclically, the business languishes (as it did at the beginning), you then don't find loyal customers you can count on. Leaving aside the points cards or discount cards, a place like this, organic, high-class, requires staff with at least P.R. skills. Not closed, aseptic, distrustful, robotic people, like in a bar (or canteen) of a transit station. In fact, in the list of these reviews, I see that most of them are one-shot impressions from first-timers.
