Delicious food. I appreciated the minimalist menu, which offers just the right amount of choice for dishes prepared with quality ingredients. The openness of the kitchen is very pleasant.
The service is excellent, with very friendly staff.
However, the restrooms are a big disappointment, as they are disgusting. Like most restrooms in Rome...

I’m generally a critical person and I cannot find a single negative thing to say about this place. Unique first course of ceviche with strawberries, delicious sardines with hazelnut crust, followed by amazing carbonara and inventive and perfectly cooked risotto. Great service too! We are only here for three days and we may be back.

I don't often leave online reviews, but this place truly deserves it: I think I ate the best lamb chops I've ever eaten here.
My husband and I often pass through Rome, and this time, drawn by the positive reviews and the proximity to our hotel, we tried Culinaria's cuisine.
The atmosphere was welcoming, and the owners were extremely friendly without being intrusive.
We had a truly unique and well-executed fried anchovy appetizer, followed by lamb chops (simply exceptional) and fried cod for main courses. Everything was truly excellent.
The prices are quite high (even compared to the local average), but certainly commensurate with the quality.

Mediocre at best. Took forever to get out first pasta dish. Ordered a ribeye that never came. I don't think they can handle more than a few tables at best. There are better places to eat in Rome. I say skip this one.

What a delightful place. We stopped in here per recommendation of our Airbnb host. After being awake for 30 hours we grabbed lunch (our dinner) and stopped in just before their closing time. They were so kind and we really appreciated the warm welcome and wine recommendation based on our food selection. We had the fettuccine with 3 tomatoes and the risotto. Everything was delicious and fresh! Had the semifreddo al pistacchio and tiramisu scomposto for dessert and both were INCREDIBLE. So lovely, you must stop in here for a bite! Not to be missed on your trip to Rome.

A very nice restaurant located just steps from the Imperial Forum and a few kilometers from Termini Station. The staff is extremely welcoming and always available, truly worthy of praise. We tried the typical Roman carbonara, which was excellent, made with care and attention.

Must be knocking on the door of a Michelin star, even if the decor is unprepossessing. Innovative prawn & strawberry starter was a perfect summer dish. Lemon & prawn risotto was pleasant and the seared tuna tacos very tasty. But the knockout star of the meal was a black fettuccine and cuttlefish dish which was simply remarkable. Haute cuisine at a reasonable price. Well worth a try.

Ristorante con piatti della cucina tipica romana e non. E’ situato vicinissimo alla stazione Termini, il locale nella stagione estiva ha anche la possibilita’ di avere dei tavoli all’aperto. I piatti sono molto ben presentati il menu’ oltre a quello tipico della cucina romana oltre a carbonara, cacio e pepe ecc ha anche ottimi spaghettoni al tonno come secondo delle frittelle di baccala’ ma anche altre specialita’ ottimi i dolci il semifreddo e la crema alla menta.Il proprietario molto gentile cosi come lo staff.
