It's been some time since I ate at this restaurant but I must say that the quality is always excellent, tuna tartare and artichokes very good, grilled fish very good (the potatoes were too small for my taste). Very welcoming place, staff very attentive in satisfying customer requests. The wine cellar is excellent

Very welcoming place recommended by a dear Umbrian friend of ours. Attractive menus and proposals. Unfortunately, compared to the first experience, this time we were not satisfied with the first courses, plus I brought my chef partner and therefore I had to suffer his complaints about the overcooked and tasteless pasta, despite the guarantee for the place. The raw and tartare dishes are always excellent. Good quality Cantabrian anchovies. In my opinion it remains one of the best fish restaurants in Umbria. Prices more than fair for the area.

Excellent restaurant. I went there with my wife to enjoy a tasting I received as a gift. More than a tasting it was a wedding banquet! Excellent non-trivial dishes. Excellent starters. The scampi cream risotto is special. It's a shame that the fried foods didn't satisfy me 100%, they were a little too greasy making them a little heavy. Clean and well-kept environment. Ample parking in front of the restaurant. Prices? I don't remember them because I didn't pay. I recommend it.

Ottimo ristorante. Ci sono stato con mia moglie per fruire di una degustazione avuta come regalo. Più che una degustazione è stato un banchetto matrimoniale! Ottimi piatti non banali. Ottimi gli antipasti. Speciale il risotto alla crema di scampi. Peccato i fritti che non mi hanno soddisfatto al 100%, un po’ troppo unti facendoli risultare un po’ pesanti. Ambiente pulito e curato. Parcheggio ampio fronte ristorante. Prezzi? Non li ricordo perché non ho pagato. Lo consiglio.

Ogni anno la cena di Natale al Cuisine 83 è ormai un rito: ogni anno il menù è differente, ogni anno la qualità è migliore, aspetto che mi sembra incredibile partendo da un livello altissimo. Quest'anno siamo stati deliziati, tra le altre cose, con delle magnifiche aragoste del Mediterraneo.

01/02/2025: Really great food. Small but nice restaurant.
11/01/2025: A very small restaurant run by a colorful owner. Delicious and original dishes explained with passion. Small card and zero km fresh products. The opportunity to taste donkey (we are adventurous) and an absolutely wonderful dessert: the deconstructed cheese cake with amarena and truffle.

18/03/2025: Found almost by chance while I was in Bastia Umbra, excellent trattoria, very intimate and quiet, with not many seats inside, where you can spend a pleasant lunch (or dinner). I was in Assisi for work and was looking for something good and nice, and I was "lucky". Typical local dishes, excellent quality/price ratio and really kind and helpful staff. I highly recommend it if you pass by those areas. I was satisfied.
13/03/2025: Highly recommended restaurant, we were happy to return, everything TOOPPPPPPP!!
