posto consigliato da amici fiorentini. una coccola dall'ingresso fino all'uscita post cena. personale educato e simpatico: il signore originario del friuli molto molto simpatico, il ragazzo più alto molto preparato sulle pietanze e la ragazza napoletana un tesoro!!! mi dispiace ma non conosco i nomi di queste tre persone davvero piacevoli. il cibo merita una menzione speciale: un percorso sublime, una esplosione di sapori e di scoperte. cibo accompagnato da una eccellente selezione di vini e liquori. una bellissima serata e una sorprendente scoperta. abbiamo conosciuto lo chef: un visionario colto e preparato. merita la stella Michelin!!! Very nice dinner. There were 4 of us and it was our first time at Cuculia. We really enjoyed our dishes. I am vegan and the vegan options are really delicious. The presentation of the food is literally fantastic. Really satisfying! Helpful, professional and friendly staff. It is not cheap but it is located in the center of Florence. Absolutely worthy.

We came here completely by chance after realising the location of our original reservation with Ora was incorrect. This restaurant was close by and was listed on Apple Maps as vegetarian, I later discovered it isn’t a vegetarian restaurant but it still has many wonderful options. I was super impressed by every detail, I don’t want to say too much and give away any surprises but what I can say is that if you are looking for vegetarian or vegan dishes that are creative and unexpected (in the best way), dine at Cuculiu - you definitely won’t be disappointed. I truly enjoyed my experience here because of the food, presentation and warm energy of the team. A wonderful way to celebrate my birthday. Grazie ❤️

Top experience in Florence. Impeccable evening with superb service, a gorgeous interior and most importantly a top Michelin quality dinner. My best meal of 2025 and maybe 2024 as well.

We returned to CUCULIA to celebrate a special occasion and our expectations were not disappointed!! Excellent experience! A journey through new and surprising flavors and textures. Dishes as beautiful as works but also fun to eat with your hands! In the dining room we found true professionals who know how to present the dishes and pamper the customer! For me, the CUCULIA restaurant is an absolute must-try!

A journey of flavors Today we had the opportunity to try this restaurant to celebrate a birthday We chose to take the 5-course tasting menu, one of which was vegetarian on request. Meanwhile, it is very appreciated that they open the doors to other food choices, plus most of the dishes are made gluten-free. The tasting menu was a real journey of flavors and emotions with innovative dishes where every ingredient was exalted, in short we were left speechless from the first course to the dessert. Impeccable presentation of the dishes and excellent service, we were pampered by the dining room staff and we also had the pleasure of meeting the chef who turned out to be a very pleasant and kind person. We highly recommend it and will return with great pleasure

We found ourselves at Cuculia by chance which marked an indelible emotion of a Florentine night. The chef offered us a sensorial and exciting journey through the tasting of vegetarian dishes with almost mystical flavors expertly mixed and accompanied by a combo of wines recommended by the maitre Gianluca. We deeply thank the kitchen and the staff and will return as soon as possible to try other vegetarian dishes!

I went to Cuculia about a month ago, it was a wonderful discovery. Excellent food, excellent wines, a welcoming place. The staff were very professional, they pampered me well. I highly recommend this place and hope to return soon.

Che dire??? Il risultato ha superato l’aspettativa…Location molto originale soprattutto per chi come me ama cucinare perché ti trovi seduto ed attorniato da tanti affascinanti libri di arte culinaria …noi abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione da 7 portate ed abbiamo gustato piatti originali e prelibati con ingredienti mixati in modo coraggioso e vincente come il roll di polpo marinato o il piccione…grande sorpresa anche per le amuse-bouche tipo il broccolo con miso ed avena soffiata…Francesca che ci ha serviti e coccolati con il suo calore, simpatia e preparazione ed ottima qualità -prezzo…vogliamo dare una stella a questi ragazzi??? Grazie per la bella serata, torneremo sicuramente
