Cuculia was so incredible! We were getting quite sick of the repetitive menu offerings throughout Florence, and this was a welcome change! Everything was delicious, fresh, light and healthy, creative, and well-presented. The staff was lovely.

Cozy environment. Waiters spoke also spoke english and a bit of spanish. Pleased with the food, the flavors were exquisite. Ordered a la carte but there are tasting menus available.

Nice setting as a library. Great books including one I had never seen before, a book of receipes from Paul Bocuse, almost only with pictures and almost no text. And they certainly read it because the amuse bouches with a lentil mouse recovered with strawberry jam were very nice, the avocado/octopus roll was very good and then the monkfish with Jerusalem artichokes was great. And the get up chocolate mouse with a gelée of pear was top.

The atmosphere was intimate and refined. The food was excellent, in line with our expectations. We were very satisfied. The service was very attentive. The prices were in line with the restaurant's standard. Highly recommended.

Everything was superb!
We celebrated a birthday with two tasting menus. To say it was excellent is an understatement. The chef was truly super nice and friendly, and the service was impeccable!!!
I recommend it without a doubt!!!

My partner and I chose the vegetarian menu with a tasting of five wines. The service and food were impeccable, right up until dessert. At that point, a problem arose in the building, forcing us to finish dinner early (and take dessert to go). The inconvenience was, however, remedied by the management, who granted a discount for the inconvenience caused by external factors.

Fabulous food, wine and service. We are here last evening and were really impressed with the quality of the food, which was packed with flavor. We picked from the à la carte menu, rather than the tasting one. The dishes were really well prepared, perfectly proportioned and delicious. The restaurant has a calm quiet ambiance which perfectly matched our mood. They also gave us a table which was perfect as we had our dog with us, who was made very welcome. I would definitely dine here again, and next time go for a tasting menu. Well deserves 5 stars! Thank you to the chef and the lovely team looking after us.
