Venire a cena in questo particolarissimo locale è come fare un viaggio che coinvolge non solo il palato, ma anche la vista e l' olfatto: scordatevi la classica trattoria fiorentina, qui si viene per fare un'esperienza diversa. Coccolati dall'inizio alla fine in una location che potrebbe essere una libreria, una sala d'arte o una dimora privata, si gusta ogni boccone di un piatto che sembra un'opera d' arte. Si spende, come è logico che sia, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Amazing experience trying the 5-course tasting menu with my husband. The food was creative, beautiful, and delicious, and our servers were attentive and passionate. Highly recommend.

We went for the 5 course tasting menu and it was amazing, with great wine pairing and very personal service. The atmosphere is relaxed and you feel welcomed even as a tourist in not-so-fancy clothes after a long day in the hot weather 😀 Highly recommend!

We took the five-course tasting menu. Absolutely fantastic flavors and perfect choice of wine for each dish. The service was extremely good and personal. We enjoyed every bite, this is how food should be presented and taste! Thank you!

Cuculia was good, just not amazing for the price and for being a Michelin mentioned restaurant. Service was good, and the restaurant had a pleasant ambience all around. We loved our pasta dishes which were obviously on the more unique and modern side of things in Italy! The appetizer and desserts were also tasty, but not as memorable as the pastas.

No idea how this restaurant ended up on the Michelin guide. The food is below average, a bad attempt to be creative with completely non-fitting ingredients. The meat, the fish were just not tasty. Fish was plain awful, cold and rubbery, with disgusting sauce. Very nice interior and wonderful staff, but that couldn’t compensate the food.

Lovely place! Service was slow..only because it was a Saturday night and my server was the only one who spoke English (and 3 other languages!)….go here! You won’t regret it!

27/08/2024: Magnificent and delicious meal, impeccable and friendly service. Update: We returned to Nugolo on our last evening in Florence to experience the tasting menu. It was a wonderful family evening. All the dishes were delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. One of our very good memories of our two weeks in Tuscany.
23/08/2024: Amazing experience. Excellent service, surprising and very tasteful food. Will come again
