There were three of us at the restaurant in April – and I have to say: I still dream about the tomato ravioli! That course was one of the best I've ever had, and I'm looking forward to being a guest again soon – thank you so much!

If you are tired of steak, pasta and ragu this place is a great option. The amuse busche was great and dinners were excellent. Service was good and the presentations were beautiful.

I went to dinner at this restaurant on the recommendation of friends. Initially, I was intrigued and surprised to find such a different kind of restaurant in Florence. The atmosphere was excellent, very warm and welcoming, especially the dining room, which almost felt like a family setting. The staff was also excellent, truly kind and helpful; they made me feel almost like family. I was surprised by the food, especially since it's something you don't find in this city. Simple dishes bursting with flavor and vivacity that wake you up from the apathy of yet another evening at the restaurant. I highly recommend it.

The most exquisite place in Florence to have an extraordinary tasting menu. Special thanks to Gianluca for impeccable service! The 5-course menu is amazing: creativity of the cuisine, perfection of cooking and assembly, great presentation of dishes, unique plates, everything is perfect. I highly recommend wine pairing that we chose. The quality of the wines were magnificent.

Was debating on 3 or 4 stars. I was a bit disappointed by this restaurant, given the amazing reviews. The food was definitely good, but nothing was incredible and food took a long time to come, despite the restaurant being half full on a Monday night. Dinner took 2.5 hours when we only ordered a small starter, 2 pasta dishes (took 50 min to come), and a meat dish. The tagliatelle with shrimp was definitely the best — great flavors and textures.
Portions are quite small, and we left barely satiated despite spending $90 per person.
