We took a cooking class learning to make pasta and brushceta and rigatoni. The chef was wonderful and patient. We had only three couples which was a very cozy atmosphere. We all had a blast.

Best food we had in Florence! Super simple and pure ingredients. Chef Andrea walked us through how pizzas and gelato are only made with the basic, local ingredients.

We took the pasta and tiramisu class here with Chef Andrea and had such a great time! We had booked the option with a market visit before the class, which was really fun as well. Everyone of the staff was really kind and the food was as amazing as we dreamed of. Thank you!

We took a pizza and ice cream making course. The pizza chef himself was very nice and pleasant. The young waiter at the bar who greeted us (with a very distinctive hairstyle...shaved hair on the sides and a ponytail) was initially extremely exuberant and chatty, but then became curt and abrupt, and it seemed to us as if his quota of politeness and hospitality had quickly been used up. This seriously tarnished the initially positive impression. The course itself was interesting, and the pizza and ice cream were delicious. But feeling welcome is also part of feeling good. It's a shame. That didn't leave a good impression.

My wife and I did the pizza and Gelato class, it was a fun energetic atmosphere with a small group. A great way to spend a night in florence.

We had a fantastic time at this pizza cooking class! David was a wonderful host—patient, knowledgeable, and took his time to show each of us how to make the dough and cook our pizzas properly. The oven they use is impressive, reaching around 1000°F, which bakes the pizzas in just 2–3 minutes! If I had one small suggestion, it would be to offer a few different sauce options and maybe a wider variety of toppings, as we’re used to something a bit different. That said, the overall experience was excellent, and the gelato at the end was absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommended!

We came for the pizza and gelato making class and it was a 10/10. Our chef was very knowledgeable and helped us prepare our pizzas. Complementary wine, juice, and water. He let us make the chocolate gelato and it was delicious. The pizza making was super fun and he taught us how to make it at home. The pizza and pizza crust were excellent but make sure to add some salt so your pizza isn’t bland. (The sauce is mild and doesn’t have salt).

Giulia!!! How I love Giulia!! She taught us so many things. Both in cooking and in life. I am forever grateful and changed. I will dream of our ravioli for years to come. 12/10.

The pizza and gelato class was a fun experience but don't expect the pizza to be tasty. The dough didn't have enough time to rise, sauce was bland.

24/08/2025: A truly delightful experience We stumbled upon this place to break up our journey from Calabria to Milan, curious to try typical Tuscan cuisine, especially the tripe!!! We were absolutely not disappointed! The courteous and very friendly staff welcomed us and explained the dishes. The food deserved top marks... everything was delicious. We had the Tuscan appetizer, in the truest sense of the word. The Tuscan tripe and the lampredotto parcel, each better than the last. To be honest: we cleaned our plates!! 😋 The location was very nice and well-kept, even though we didn't enjoy the view at night. What can I say... we'll definitely see you again!!!

21/05/2025: Pranzo domenicale con amici servizio veloce e gentile ottimi I primi alla pecora e al lampredotto...molto buone le tagliate di manzo e di pollo porzioni abbondanti prezzi onesti...bravi
09/12/2024: Locale tipico toscano specializzato nella pecora, quindi penne con sugo di pecora, pecora in umido e bistecche di pecora alla griglia con vino rosso della casa per una cena conviviale molto soddisfacente. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
