Yesterday for lunch I went to the Cucineria, a small place specializing in take-away but with the possibility of eating on site (there were some seats). Mainly international menu but with some exceptions, in fact we had a spring cutlet and a cuisine cutlet, both not fried. The difference between the two is that in the first there are cherry tomatoes, rocket and parmesan, in the second there was raw parma and parmesan cream. Be careful with organic cutlery with hot dishes, they tend to bend easily.

Even outside the simplicity of the furnishings is intriguing, once inside it has become welcoming! the helpful but polite and respectful behavior of the girl at the front end, at the checkout & service was impeccable, but also and above all the quality and imagination of the food offered is high. every beautiful dance stove I heard a user comment, but perhaps it is up to the user to know how to approach what offers are proposed? we were all satisfied with the exquisite culinary offerings offered in this informal atmosphere. everything was seasoned with an excellent quality/price ratio.. when we return to Bologna we will remember this place well and will return!
