A very tasty discovery, I had wanted to eat in this place for a long time (I have never read a review about them) but often passing by the place I was surprised by the furnishings and the open kitchen behind the counter. Today I finally found confirmation of my fantasies. Hospitality and service 10 out of 10, cuisine and quality of raw materials 10 out of 10, location 10 out of 10, price 10 out of 10. Thank you very much to all the staff for the wonderful experience!

I absolutely love this restaurant's method of going to the market and then creating a menu of six items each day for lunch. Delicious and creative dishes with cauliflower, soups, beef tartare, fennel, etc.!

One of my favorite stops for lunch. Menu always different based on what they find in the morning at the market, excellent selection of wines, excellent desserts and if you are a coffee lover you can't help but try their proposals. The professionalism and kindness of the staff should be highlighted.

Carino, si mangia bene, ma di un bene che somiglia a migliaia di altri posti "carini" – ma senz'anima – del resto del mondo. Quasi quasi ti dimentichi di essere in Sardegna.

Cucina EAT offers an exceptional dining experience with its warm, attentive service and impressive wine expertise. The staff's knowledge of regional wines is remarkable, and their recommendations perfectly complement the flavorful dishes. Every dish we ordered was delectable.

Delicious small plates and friendly staff

A cut above. I came in with a colleague right before close (I didn’t check the times, my mistake!). They kindly seated us and I’m so very glad that they did. An excellent experience, the restaurant itself is beautiful, the walls are adorned with fantastic wines and cool nicknacks. We sat at the counter facing the open kitchen and were treated to an open dialogue with the well humoured, passion driven staff. I can only mirror what other reviewers are saying, it’s a wonderful restaurant. The chef dances between both inventive and authentic recipes with great execution, like a theme park for your mouth. The sommelier was so helpful in choosing just the right bottle for us. The owner, warm and convivial. I’ll always remember this meal. 10/10, thank you.

Realmente disfrutamos de este restaurante para el almuerzo. Nos sentamos en el bar y vimos al chef hacer comida, pero también hay mesas. Un montón de vinos locales muy agradables para probar. Opciones alimentarias limitadas, pero de alta calidad. Lo visitaría de nuevo.
