Great quality of food, cooked in an innovative way but with an eye on tradition. Passion and professionalism are the characteristic features of this place. Precisely because of the goodness of the dishes I go there frequently and every time it is a pleasant confirmation. I must also say that, for some time now, we have felt more friendliness and empathy from the staff: excellent.

Very good food. We took the trofie with Chianina ragù and the braised meat. For dessert we opted for a cake with a warm center and hazelnut semifreddo. The impact invites you to taste the dishes. I recommend changing the external menu because it is not identical to the internal one, so it could lead to confusion, but the proposals are of a good standard. Normal service. We waited a little for our dishes even though the restaurant was almost empty. Modern and simple environment, but overall pleasant. The costs are not excessive, but the desserts seem to cost too much compared to the main courses.

I ate very well, the menu has all it takes to play at great levels. I was struck by the combination of vegetal, sweet and citrus flavours, both in the chicken salad and in the dessert. The seafood carbonara with smoked swordfish was amazing. Simplicity and knowledge of the ingredients are the strength of Mio Bio. The quality-price ratio is perfect, the wine selection is excellent, as is the service. Just a little advice to the staff: if you add a surprise entrée, you've hit the jackpot!

The place is well looked after, The waiters were friendly and helpful, the food was of good quality. There was a misunderstanding regarding an allergy on a serving dish. Although the waiters were attentive, more control is never too much when there is an allergic person at the table!

Beautiful discovery! We had dinner at this place with a group of friends and we were all positively impressed. The location is very clean, well furnished and unique, the menu, although not very extensive, is particular and refined. The food very good. Perhaps the only flaw (but completely solvable) was the slightly slow service (perhaps due to the workload). In any case, we will definitely be back!
