Simple food but with an extra touch, the chef manages to find a perfect balance between taste and presentation, the desserts are extraordinary especially the spoonful ones, fresh and almost 0 km high quality ingredients, the service is excellent, waiters very attentive to the orders and very helpful, the environment is truly welcoming and elegant, I consider this restaurant to be on par with a starred one

Excellent organic restaurant in the center of Terni.
Large and welcoming place (even if fully booked it is not chaotic or noisy), attentive and courteous service, innovative and delicious dishes, at absolutely honest prices considering the quality offered.
The menu changes, so I attach it just to give an idea of what you can consume during this period.
Not just for dinner, a good solution for quick business lunches too!
Reservations are recommended because despite being spacious the place is always quite full especially on weekends.

Very pleasant evening, very well-kept location, exceptional raw materials, worked with care.
Spectacular entrance, bright with high ceilings, each room very large.
Right portions to enjoy a complete menu.
Competent and attentive staff.
