Mariam is a small Senegalese gastronomic reality in Cagliari. The dishes vary every day and consist of rice or couscous and a protein (fish or meat) and vegetables. The food is cooked in a truly home-made way. The karkade and baobab juices are also very good and unique. Finally, the prices are truly affordable for the quality offered.

We found Mariam's small place by accident. I am Mexican living in Germany for many years, I miss the flavors like the ones I found in Mariam's good restaurant. Simple, authentic and well prepared food. It reminded me of the homemade food from my country. Good food, good service and good price. We will surely return.

In my opinion, this establishment meets all the criteria of a very good restaurant. The cook and the waiter are very welcoming and share their cultures with us with a smile on their face, which makes the place very warm. I had never tasted Senegalese cuisine and I was very pleasantly surprised. I strongly advise you to try this place during your stay in Cagliari

Excellent, nothing to say while passing through Cagliari, I came across this establishment by chance. Excellent cuisine, a warm welcome. I found a bit of nostalgia in these very good dishes. I highly recommend and recommend this place. For those who don't know Senegalese cuisine, this will be a great discovery. And thank you again for this very good ginger juice.

02/11/2024: Finalmente trovata la mia pizza a Cagliari. Ottima sia ovviamente consumata sul posto che da asporto per la cura e velocità della consegna (gestiscono loro anche le consegne su Deliveroo). Pizza che io chiamo “anni ‘90” nel senso di una pizza normale (né troppo fine né troppo spessa) con buonissima digeribilità e buoni condimenti. Che il mega cornicione gommoso diciamoci la verità anche basta.. Consigliata anche per l’onesto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ormai a Cagliari merce rarissima.
