This has been been my favorite dining experience during my two weeks in Sicily! I've come here twice (with a friend and alone) and both times the service was excellent, just like the extraordinary local food they serve. Pro tip: If you've got a sweet tooth like me, get both the pistachio soufflé AND the pistachio ice cream - I promise you won't regret it! 💚

A wonderful experience is an understatement. It's a shame we didn't discover them sooner. The food was excellent and top-quality! That's precisely why we repeated the experience throughout our stay in Catania, with both meat and fish dishes. The staff is truly kind and cheerful, and makes you feel at home: from the chefs to the wait staff. It's definitely an experience we'll treasure and repeat when we return to the city.
The food and people are truly special, to say the least.

Typical Sicilian cuisine prepared according to tradition, generous portions, and fair prices. Located in an easy-to-park area, near the former Excelsior. The staff sets them apart from the competition. They're a family, and they're always available to accommodate any requests, even special ones... they're extremely polite and kind. Mimmo and his son, who know their stuff, work in the kitchen. Quality dishes, fresh, authentic ingredients.

Locale moderno, accogliente, intimo: in zona centrale, si può gustare una cucina tipica casalinga semplice, ma con piatti ben presentati e curati. Mi viene da definire questo locale una versione contemporanea della trattoria di una volta. L’accoglienza è infatti cortese, gentile, amichevole. Il menu non vastissimo, i prezzi nella norma per la zona, direi convenienti se invece rapportati al resto d’Italia. Io provo dei rigatoni alla norma e delle ottime polpette di carne di cavallo. Con un calice di vino rosso e una bottiglia d’acqua spendo sui 25 euro. Consigliato.
