One of the last real places to eat in Italy. I don't give a damn about the cleanliness, the screams, the confusion, in fact, I love it for this very reason, because it is anti-modern, desperate and good like the superb Genoa. Learn, you fucking "osterie" posh!

Great local trattoria near Principe station. Cheap delicious food and big portions. We had seafood pasta (spaghetti alla scoglio) and it was just delicious. Went back next day to try pastas with pesto and the pesto was as good as it can be. If you want to eat local foods like genovesi (locals) da Mario is the place.

Si,ma sempre,pranzo cena,ecc chiuso mercoledì per riposo settimanale.anche loro hanno diritto al riposo per continuare a deliziare da decenni gli avventori.

Locale molto spartano, semplice...ma tutto sommato accogliente. Tipico locale "vecchio stile" genovese. Antipasto misto mare buono ( porzione scarsa), gnocchi al pesto buoni, linguine ai frutti di mare buone ed abbondanti, fritto di calamari non granché e porzione scarsa, macedonia annegata nel vino bianco e sorbetto troppo alcolico. Servizio particolare ma simpatico, prezzi assolutamente buoni! Nel complesso non male, ma indispensabile aumentare alcune porzioni, c'è troppa differenza tra una portata e l'altra.

Osteria dell'Acquasanta

24/05/2025: Excellent tavern a stone's throw from the spa in Genoa with dishes of the land cuisine, Genoese and otherwise. The menu is quite limited and is different from that of the usual Ligurian restaurants, the first courses and the meat-based second courses are all very good, the staff is courteous and helpful. Recommended for everyone and especially for those who want to try something different.
