16/09/2025: I had wanted to come and try this Lazio wine restaurant for a while but it was always difficult to find a place due to the heavy tourist influx. It may have been a lucky Saturday lunch but frankly I can only give an excellent opinion. Let's start with the service with Mattia who was kind and attentive and was also able to advise us well on the wine, an excellent glass of 4mori, an indigenous wine blend of 4 different vines, a complex and structured but truly pleasant wine. The fried foods (traditional and then mixed fried) were cooked to perfection, did not exude oil and were very crispy. The Very juicy and well cooked artichoke with a pleasant hardness on the palate. But the main dish is the spaghettoni with butter, anchovies and stracciata, phenomenal because it is very difficult to mix these ingredients harmoniously without making a Barbieri-style mapazzone. The bill was correct also because the portions are very generous. Mention for the bread. The place is very chic. In short, maybe try to go back now that there are fewer people. W the Roman cuisine.
