A beautiful room with ancient vaults, and the pizzas on the menu are innovative and creative. Well done 🤗
A choice of different doughs, which I personally found myself using in the black version. Wonderful pizza🫨🫨, and above all, separated into slices with a little bowl of heavenly cream in the center😝. Delicious, including the crust (not necessarily a given; I couldn't eat the crust in other places).
Another positive note is that they don't waste the toppings. My wife had a pizza with Robiola d'Alba, and it had all of Alba inside 🤭🤭 adorable.
The two little girls had pizza with fries and sausage, and they arrived already cut into slices with a basket of fries in the middle to arrange as desired... so much stuff. Kudos to the owners for their attention to detail in the ambiance and the food.
A few extra euros on the bill are definitely worth it for the QUALITY and abundance of ingredients. 🔝🔝🔝
Another shout-out for the niche beers that I've only ever tasted at your place; I wasn't familiar with them before.
Try the Alba IPA 75cl, a delight for the palate!!

Welcoming place and friendly staff. Truly delicious pizzas. I tried various doughs and they were all excellent. The October pizza with speck riserva, gorgonzola, and roasted chestnuts, served with SUBLIME honey! I recommend the pizza tasting: four types of pizza to choose from, two slices each, for €25 (including a glass of sparkling wine or beer and dessert).

A family evening in Asti. From Piazza Alfieri, we turn into a side street and arrive at this place, nestled between a pizzeria and vaguely Mexican flavors. We end up in the cellar, yet another "crota" (a sort of cellar) containing centuries of food and bottles, which, once evicted, are modernized into a "trendy dining room." Everything about the ambiance is more than decent, the staff is exquisitely courteous, and the pizza menu is extensive. We've reached the point of inflating the variety of flours and the most disparate combinations of varied and imaginative pizzas. As in: I read for a good fifteen minutes, understand half of it, ask questions, and choose with some reservations. The beer is very good, the desserts are quick. The cash register doesn't cause any unpleasant consequences, so we leave without any particular worries. It's becoming more and more of a treasure hunt, being able to taste "la pizza," a version of the true and simple Neapolitan dish: a real stroke of luck, who knows when and where.

At Crust, every visit is a new experience to discover and experience.
The meticulous attention to detail in achieving perfect flavor is impeccable.
The ingredients are wonderfully selected for their quality, ensuring that the pizza is a unique creation, not to be altered, but to be savored, enjoyed, and savoured.
The atmosphere is quiet, and the staff are courteous and friendly.
I recommend changing the desserts to indulge in a new sweet discovery.
