During my recent trip to Potenza I had the pleasure of dining at Crusco's, a true temple of Lucanian cuisine. The experience was exceptional from every point of view. The warm and refined atmosphere of the place immediately put me at ease, but it was the food that completely stole the show. I tasted a series of typical Lucanian dishes, prepared with genuine ingredients and great attention to tradition. The real protagonist of the evening was the gold of Senise - the famous Cruschi peppers - crunchy, tasty and used creatively in several courses. The staff were friendly and helpful, ready to tell the story behind each dish. I recommend it to anyone who wants to live a gastronomic experience linked to the territory, between intense flavors and sincere hospitality. I will definitely be back!
