Crunch! In Roma

Visited for the €20.90 AYCE offer. Pros: Good thin and crispy Roman pizza, excellent fried foods (some of which are very special), friendly staff, nice location with tables inside and out. Cons: They offer the AYCE offer but then it seems like they want to kick you out. 1) Pizzas with cheap toppings: the Norma Hot was supposed to have nduja, but it wasn't. The Baciata Crunchigiana (stuffed pizza) was only stuffed in the center, more than half the pizza was empty. 2) Hidden rules: on our third order, the waiter told us we were over the 90-minute time limit and that this rule was written on the website. We couldn't find this rule on the website, and it's not displayed next to the price where it should be, and it wasn't explained to us when we asked for the offer at the beginning of the dinner. Furthermore, the place was half empty, as if they needed a table. The menu says NO LIMITS... and then there's the time limit. 3) The advertised price is €20.90, but the receipt says €22.90. It's a negligible increase, but to be fair, I tell the cashier that the price should be updated on the website. He replies that the price is already updated and shows me the website, where "+€2 cover charge" is written under the price, but on both my phone and his, the text is conveniently covered by social media icons (I've attached a photo). It was certainly done in good faith, but it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Most restaurants offering AYCE offers advertise the final price, without these subterfuges. Conclusion: for €22.90, I ate two fried foods and two pizzas and drank water and soft drinks to my heart's content. Overall, it's a good value, but the plain pizza and the hidden rules put a damper on the evening's fun. In my opinion, if a restaurant offers an AYCE offer, it should be simple and transparent, without too many rules and restrictions that might suggest a lack of seriousness. If offering such an offer isn't worthwhile, it's better not to do it. There are other ways to promote it.

The pizza was delicious. We started out with the idea of doing the all-you-can-eat option, but then the specialty pizzas appealed to us more, and we were right to choose them because they were spectacular. Highly recommended.

Excellent food, welcoming staff, especially the bearded waiter, a truly handsome, friendly, and genuine guy. The place is very beautiful and trendy, with a GTA vibe. I'll definitely be back to see the bearded waiter again.

The food was good, but the wait was incredibly long. Between the fried foods and the pizza, it took almost an hour. The atmosphere was a bit noisy. The waiters were friendly.

The Roman pizza dough is excellent, the flavors are too sophisticated, and the traditional pizzas are missing. Nice atmosphere.

I had dinner with some coworkers. The pizza was delicious, and the desserts were amazing! We were served by Luca, who was kind and very friendly. We'll be back soon.

Overall, a good pizzeria. The dough is pleasant and not heavy, typical Roman pizza, shallow and crispy. There's a good variety of choices for both pizzas and appetizers, but a little less so for beers. It has a nice outdoor area, very pleasant on summer evenings. Parking nearby is a bit tricky, but it's easy to get there within walking distance. Prices are slightly above average, due to the uniqueness of the dishes. I recommend the sushi bocca, the meat roll with pecorino cream, Parma ham, and white wine reduction, and the pizza gricia with zucchini flowers.

I ordered takeout pizzas that were delivered to my home, so I can only rate the food. The supplì were truly excellent, and the pizzas were good; you can tell the ingredients were top-quality. The prices are a bit high...
