The atmosphere is quiet and spacious. The pizza is excellent: thin, fragrant, and easy to digest. The staff is friendly, young, and professional, providing excellent hospitality and service. We'll definitely be back.

An evening with highs and lows. Despite a promising start, with the opportunity to be seated a quarter of an hour before our 10:00 PM reservation, the experience went downhill.
After ordering an appetizer and two pizzas, we waited about thirty minutes without seeing anything. The wait became surreal when a waiter approached us to ask "how's it going?", leaving us puzzled since the table was still empty. The sign that something was wrong was clear when the appetizer (a croquette) arrived along with the pizzas. The croquette was cold inside, with the provola still solid. I must admit, once I pointed it out, they quickly replaced it with a very good one.
Unfortunately, the pizzas were also lukewarm, probably ready and left waiting for the appetizer(?). We decided to eat them anyway, but wanted to point this out to the waitress, politely asking if there had been a communication problem between the kitchen and the pizzeria. Her response was to consult a colleague, after which we were completely ignored. No explanation, no apology.
The final blow came at the cash register. When we were asked how our dinner had gone and, for the second time, explained the problems we'd had, the response was a shrug and the bill. We didn't want a discount, but a simple apology for a poorly managed evening would have been the bare minimum.
A real shame, because the cuisine has potential and the ingredients this pizzeria uses deserve credit, but everything is completely ruined by disorganized and, worse, customer-indifferent service.

A typical Roman pizzeria known for its variety and excellent fried flavors, both traditional and otherwise. Service is standard, with a dynamic and friendly staff. As always, reservations are recommended.

We went on Saturday evening, and I have to say the supplì were good, even the saltimbocca rolls were delicious. Frankly, I found the pizza to be a bit biscuity (I had the one with porcini mushrooms, sausage, and parmesan), and the mushrooms were plain, not porcini mushrooms (€14). The service was quick, even though they mixed up the tables. The only flaw was the €3 service charge. Frankly, we ate at the tables without even a paper placemat! I personally find it forced and unfair, but a lot of people make them these days... I don't know if I'll go back.
