Instead, they encouraged us to take all the time we needed to decide, answering every question with expertise and passion. Their suggestions for wine, beverage, and course pairings were perfect and further enhanced each dish. The atmosphere deserves special mention. Whether you choose to eat inside or outside, you'll experience an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, with that slow, relaxed, authentically Italian pace that invites you to enjoy the conversation, the food, and the time spent together. The quality of the food was simply extraordinary. The meat, in particular, was exceptional: flavorful, perfectly cooked, and clearly selected with great care. But excellence was evident in everything we tasted. You could immediately sense their passion for the ingredients and their pursuit of quality. The fact that Aventina is a restaurant, a meat selection, and a cheese shop at the same time is a testament to the expertise and attention they devote to their products. The tiramisu deserves a special mention. We thought we'd tried many, but this one truly surprised us: the coffee poured on the spot, right at the table, was a simple yet refined gesture that made the dessert memorable. It was a detail we'd never encountered in any other restaurant, neither in Rome nor anywhere else in Italy. Aventina manages to offer something increasingly rare: top-notch cuisine, professional yet warm service, authentic advice, and an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and savor every moment. It's not just a restaurant: it's an experience worth living. We will definitely be back and recommend it without hesitation.

I returned after a while. The service is always excellent. The Lithuanian beef, about a kilo, was truly delicious. The professionalism and courtesy of the staff were outstanding.

Amazing place, whoever is around should jump in for a glass of wine and some foodies! The staff is amazing ! Just totell, I also witnesses one day they helped an homeless outside the restaurant well beyond what was needed: they called the ambulance, gave him food and water, helped the guy in any possible way talking kindly to him, they were really amazing, staff and owners, well done guys !!!
