Experience based on raw fish. Presentation with attention to plating and display. As a second course I had tuna cooked 5 times, from tartare to fully cooked. Excellent, worth trying. In the meantime, some appetizers are served. I highly recommend.

Special, refined and particular food. I recommend it to those who want to try something different from the usual. I took the raw food menu, fantastic. Warning, the portions are not large but it is really worth it!

Siamo tornati dopo un po’ di tempo in questo locale, nonostante era il pranzo di Pasqua ( menù fisso) locale strapieno si è mangiato divinamente come sempre. Qualità dei prodotti eccellente, pietanze favolose con abbinamenti perfetti. L’Uovo era fantastico, buonissimi i carciofi ed i tortelli strepitosi ( ne servivano una decina 😜) . Ottima la tagliata. Buonissimo e delicato il dolce. Disponibilità nel servizio a sostituire piatti per chi non poteva mangiarli. Sempre un piacere e una garanzia

Without a doubt, my favorite restaurant in the city. I have eaten there several times now and in each of them I have been more than satisfied (so much so that I always recommend it to anyone)! The service is commendable: the customer is pampered with features, included in the cover price, that are difficult to find elsewhere. But in any case, in general, the quality-price ratio is truly exceptional: excellent raw materials, cooked to perfection, at more than affordable costs. The menu, constantly changing, conveys the passion that exists in the kitchen and in the dining room. The place is essential and elegant. I can't find a flaw.... Never change!!!

Umami

06/07/2025: I had dinner at Umami on a very hot evening in July. The outdoor area is nice with a nice table setting, but in the courtyard an abandoned building is proudly displayed. The food is very good: I recommend the courgette flowers stuffed with ricotta. The prawns with grilled fruit and vegetables were also excellent, accompanied by a superlative tomato ice cream with smoked paprika. A more than honest account. For the Municipality: the promotion of tourism also includes the care of small places, perhaps even just with a panel that covers the ruined building!
05/07/2025: A total experience!! I recommend trusting the chef and ordering the tasting menu! It's creative, original, and respectful of the ingredients. The wines are particularly well chosen to complement the dishes. Bravo!! I'm already dreaming of returning to Terni, if only to eat there again! The service is attentive, and you feel like part of the family!

19/07/2025: Very beautiful and quiet place. For relaxation and privacy with your loved one. Service in the restaurant at dinner was slow. Breakfast with a large selection. Didn't like the massage...for 120€ they just stroked it
15/07/2025: This resort is top shelf! The friendly and helpful staff, not to mention the restaurant on-site as well as the breakfast, along with the views from a painting exceeded our expectations. I would go back here in a heartbeat. Beautiful spacious rooms, amazing facilities and amenities and the vineyard itself. Amazing place I’d highly recommend!
